I just had the worst experience at this office earlier today. What I thought would be a simple cleaning turned out to be my worst experience ever with a so-called dentist office or company ever. Two days ago I made an appointment by phone and was told it was for 9:30 am today. I had to leave by 11 for another appointment so I agreed to 9:30. Upon arrival I completed paperwork and was told a different price than I was quoted over the phone. Someone at the desk resolved this misunderstanding by applying a coupon to me and I was satisfied. After that I sat for almost an hour watching people who came in after me go in to be seen before me. I inquired about how long it would take and the rude front desk person on the far right said it takes as long as until they call you. She then said my appointment wasnt for 9:30 but 10. I wasnt called to the back until 10:30, and once back there I told them I just wanted a cleaning and they insisted on several X-rays first. I told them Im already behind and just wanted a cleaning. The curt office manager told me Xrays before cleaning for new patients is mandatory. I agreed, and had gag reflux while the first person tried to do them then she said she would get help. While waiting a Michelle, who said she was the executive assistant to the owner, came in and said the staff complained that I was harassing them and she was implying if I’m not happy then I should leave. Harassing how? Complaining? I told her I was fine since I was already in the chair I just wanted to get it over with. So Michelle left, and the new person did the Xrays with no problem. But then Michelle comes back and says my time is up and that a hygienist can’t fit me in and I have to go. She then again repeated I didn’t seem happy. I asked to speak to the owner who was on her way. Thinking I could at least explain my side to the owner, Dr. Broussard, she instead cut me off and I could tell she immediately believed whatever this Michelle told her without even hearing me out. She then told me if I don’t like anyone there (which I never said) and I’m not happy then I should leave and she gave me a purple lunch bag with their logo as consolation. I said no thanks and was about to leave when she and Michelle led me to a back door in the office instead of the front lobby area where my car was parked. I turned around to go to the front, and Michelle then grabbed my arm causing scratches as if to keep me from going to the front. I broke away and called the police regarding this assault. I will not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going to the Perfect Smile Dental Center for about 10 years now and they have never failed to provide successful, efficient, and all-around wonderful service. From my very first visit at the office, I was made to feel welcome and comfortable both by the friendly competence of the staff and the pleasant environment of the office itself. Dr. Broussard and her professional staff have always made me feel like family and have never done anything to make me feel uncomfortable or unsafe. Patients are treated respectfully and given a slew of benefits, like a prize wheel and even a yearly customer appreciation picnic. Kudos and the highest recommendation to Dr. Avis Broussard and everyone at the Perfect Smile Dental Center!

UPDATE: I am happy with my results. It was a little shaky at first, mainly because I didnt know what to expect. The manager helped me understand my procedure and even gave me a coffee mug as a gift. You cant be mad at a business that takes the time to calm your anxiety. # A porcelain crown for my front tooth. First, the temporary crown fell off and had to be replaced. It never felt right from the time the dental hygienist put it on but Ive never done this so I didnt have a frame of reference. I went back and they did more drilling and fitting for the permanent crown which I actually thought they did during my first visit. The doctor is very nice but I have a hard time understanding her because of her foreign accent.

I came here to get a procedure done months ago and they over charged my insurance company, when I phoned them and spoke with the office manager a month ago she informed me that the over payment will be mailed, well it has been a month now and still no refund. I think the customer service in this place is beyond bad ...this has been the worse experience I have ever had in a dentist office and not because of the procedure I had done but because of the office staff....I will never ever go back and everybody I know I tell how bad my experience was with this place...I wish someone would have told me but never again will they have my business.

I just have to say this office is absolutely amazing...The staff is so friendly, helpful, and they go beyond any expectations you may have...A very professional and inviting environment, the office is absolutely gorgeous after the expansion...New patient gifts given and all patients treated like royalty! A rose given at every visit, where can you get service like that!!! On top of that you can win prizes for being on time, filling out paperwork and completing treatment!!! WOW...I would highly recommend this office to everyone that will listen! Great Job Dr. Broussard and staff! Keep up the phenomenal change in the dentistry field!

Highly professional dental office. Dr. Levi and Dr. Oleg do a great job for each client. They have many professionals who do each job separatly under doctors supervision. Doctors do excellent and precised works. They use latest technological equipment. The rates at first might seemed higher than in some other offices, but those offices do not provide many years of warranty of a job, as well as quality. This dental office has highest standards of service and it they will always bring their clients to a full satisfaction no matter what.

I had to wait over an hour to be seen. The first consult was suppose to be free, instead they billed my insurance and charged me the balance. I went in for a crown and ended up with an exam and X-rays that werent needed. I was told an exam and X-ray had to be preformed in order to do the crown. After I got X-ray the dentist looked at my tooth and informed me that she didnt feel comfortable doing the crown. Such a waste of time and money. I am very dissatisfied with this establishment.

This was the worst experience I have had at the Dentist. The office called to reschedule my appointment in the morning. When I arrived for the new appointment time I had to wait 40 minutes before being seen. The front staff did not seem concerned enough to keep me updated until I told them I was leaving. This place came highly recommended to me but I should have read some of the other reviews before deciding to give them my business. If you value your time go elsewhere.

Every time I visit Perfect Smile, I get a professional and courteous staff. I have went to other dentistry and was so unhappy with the results, but every time, and I mean every time I visit Perfect Smile they are gentle and pain free. I am glad I finally found a dentist I can come through and not feel anxiety every time I sit down. Thank you Perfect Smile Dentistry for doing a good job.
