This past Friday, 9-8-17 my wife and I boarded our dogs for our Friday wedding. As I call Saturday morning to check on them they tell me they are doing good and can be picked up before 6. I arrived at 4 to pick them up and they are closed. One of the workers named Kaitlin told us the wrong time and they actually closed at 2. So after awhile of phone calls and knocking we finally get somebody to answer. We explain what has happened and are told sorry you can get them Monday! We asked for them to call the owner/boss and see if there is any kind of compromise for Kaitlins mistake and nothing! Mind you we only sent enough food and medicine for the time we planned on them being there, which was one night! So we are told we can bring up more food and medicine and once again can pick them up on Monday. All we could get out of them is were not authorized to take money after hours? Youre a private owned business, you cant take cash? So we wait the whole weekend and arrive Monday morning to get our dogs. There was no apologies we were charged for the whole weekend after only wanting one night. In the end I guess I look at it like this, your worker made a mistake not a big deal to me life happens, but then you were not even compassionate and try to fix the mistake? Very bad business then charge me for the entire weekend stay on top of that! We will not be back and neither will any friends or family!

Gave my dog sedatives before they looked at his blood work. When we went to pick him up at prescribed time, he was still completely out of it, couldnt walk. They just plopped him down on the floor and we were supposed to manage that he couldnt walk (50 lb. dog). No one called us to tell us his condition so we might come later to get him. Overall, very negative experience.

My dog Bentley goes every summer for a week. When we arrive in the parking lot he gets so excited. When we get into the building he starts looking for his friends. I dont feel worried at all when on vacation. Thanks
