I recently had the experience of going to Physical Therapy following a total knee replacement. This is my third experience in the past six years with Physical Therapy, however my first time with Probility in Saline. Following my Probility experience, I will never go anywhere else except Probility! From the time I walked in, I found the staff to be friendly, professional, willing to listen, accommodating and always encouraging! Probility was able to get my in quickly, and I was able to schedule all my appointments with the same Physical Therapist! Something that allows for consistency and the building of a rapport, also something you don’t see at all Physical Therapy sites. Another unique thing about Probility is that the therapist spends one on one time with each client utilizing hands-on manipulation! This was a first for me in all the times I have had PT. My therapist Lindsey was wonderful, very professional, friendly, empathetic and encouraging! In addition the PT assistants, Molly and Randy were also wonderful. I have never felt more wholly supported by all involved in making a complete recovery! I was treated as an individual and made to feel like I was important. All involved in my care worked together as a team and treated each other with respect and dignity. I can’t say enough about my experience at Probility. Highly recommended!! I have been to Probility twice now and they are excellent. If you are looking for a physical therapist, be sure to choose one with a hands on approach. First I had a shoulder injury; I could not lift my right arm over 90 degrees when I started. It has been over a year since treatment concluded and I can still reach overhead normally and without pain. I most recently had a pinched nerve in my back. The therapist quickly identified a problem in my leg and began correcting it and straightening up my back. It has been a few weeks and I have noticed improvement already. I am thrilled with the results & have not taken the pain medication for a few weeks now! I have always been treated professionally, with respect, and never have I been hurt by a therapist during my treatment--they were always checking and would ease back if I had too much pain when they were "releasing" my muscles. I spent several months there during my shoulder injury (three times a week) and never heard staff being unprofessional, talking about others, or being mean. To boot, they have the only public bathroom I have ever been comfortable using. They are very clean and orderly throughout the whole establishment. I highly recommend Probility in Saline if you are injured and need PT.

The PT coaching was okay. The PT was not very patient or encouraging... more like demanding. I was told that my services would be covered by insurance, but then they werent. The billing specialist said it was my doctors fault for not giving the correct medical code. I am currently getting the run around--telling to fax follow up information to the clinic then the PT will review then send to billing who will sent to my insurance. Come on. I would not have done more than one visit if I knew that I would be stuck with a $450 bill.

I was really happy with the treatment i received for my shoulder and neck pain from Jason for few weeks and now i am back on to regular routine with no pain at all. I would highly recommend this place to any person. All the staff are very friendly and they have very good equipment to be trained on. Thanks to all the staff and specially Jason.

When I walked into Probility I could barely move my left arm. Through hands-on therapy, exercises, and encouragement I improved more than I could have imagined and now have almost total function in my left arm. The rest is up to me. I cannot thank my therapists enough.

Recently I went for neck and my finger pain. They are really good . I was treat by Morgan , she identify the problem exactly and gave exercises accordingly. Now the pain is completely cured.
