Soooo lets just be candid for a moment. Ill admit I didnt see my usual Dr. Wasson and I do find him enjoyable as a person. This may be more about the receptionists? Who knows. I wish there was a way to break out my review or rate different doctors. But theres not... which is sad. I debated rating 2-3 stars on this one and I guess I would say 2.5. But lets have a serious chat. So I get a crown about 10 months ago. Whilst eating a gummy said crown pops off. Doesnt crack just pops off. Okay, so I call two of my cousins, one of whom is a dentist the other who is an orthodontic surgeon. So they kind of know their stuff. They said it happens, but its extremely rare. Usually the product of not using a strong enough cement. So I bite the bullet and call the dentist. You can see me in 2 weeks? Okay, not thrilled, but sure Im game. I go in. Im met with fantastic news. Theyre not going to charge me! Great! Thank you for being understanding and your wonderful service. Except... tonight I got a bill. Now I was prepared to pay you earlier, but then you told me no charge, and now Im getting a bill. Slightly confused. Also, if I can note, when you put a statement date of 4/5 on a bill, but I dont get it in the mail until 4/10 is it really a 4/5 bill? And honestly guys, would it kill you to give me a month to pay the bill? The due date is 4/20. What if I went on vacation? What if I went out of town for work? What if my mother-in-law died and I wasnt still carefully screening my mail (which is what happened actually except for the screening mail part). Im not angry so much as slightly annoyed and not impressed. Ill go ahead and pay the bill. Ill probably even still go back. Just... come on guys, you work in a service business, get it together. And unless the lights are getting shut off give your patients a month to pay the bill. My mortgage company does it. My credit card company does it. Even the most usurious of payday loan companies does it. Join the crowd. It wont hurt you. I promise.

I actually never write reviews, but considered writing a review for Brentwood Dental Group. Then I saw the comment by Mike Nolan with concern that the reviews here are fake and wanted to refute this. My dad was my original dentist, so I have always been reluctant to see other dentists. I found everyone at Brentwood Dental Group to be professional, friendly, and helpful. I saw a dentist in NYC before moving to St. Louis and he suggested a couple thousand dollar procedure. I moved to St. Louis not long after and finally came to Brentwood Dental for a second opinion and Dr. Leppo confirmed my suspicions that the procedure was not at all necessary, my teeth are in great shape, and I do not need to spend the extra money. My cleaning was wonderful and thorough and I was very comfortable the entire visit. They accommodated my crazy schedule and their hours ensure that I will be able to keep up with maintaining my teeth. Id be happy to give more details to prove that this is a real review.

Not only did the office arrange for a last minute, emergency appointment when I wasnt even an existing patient, but they then went above and beyond to provide me painless, competent, and comprehensive service. The time and care provided to me by Dr. Niesen and Pat far exceeded my expectations and left me deeply impressed and grateful. Dr. Niesen and Pat communicated with me clearly and consistently, were sensitive/responsive to my pain, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a comfortable experience of care/treatment. As someone with a deep-seated fear of dental procedures and having a history of poor experiences with dental services, I can not say enough about the exceptional experience I had with the Brentwood Dental Group.

I was referred by a friend and patient of Dr. Leppo after a less than ideal experience at another practice in town. In contrast, I actually enjoyed my experience at this office. As a first time patient I expected a long wait before I could get an appointment. Instead, I was pleased to be seen just a day after I called. And when I called, I actually got a person, not a machine! The office staff are incredibly friendly and professional. There was virtually no wait once I arrived. The hygienist was gentle but thorough and my dentist, Dr. Leppo, had excellent bedside manner. He did a great job with a filling I needed. I have already made recommendations to my husband and friends to go to this practice!

This office went way above and beyond anything I expected. I had a painful abscessed tooth and showed up without an appointment. I also had never been to their office before. They got me in quickly and went straight to work. They quickly took care of my pain and let me know what my options were in great detail in regards to price and exactly what would happen with my teeth. All this time they were very nice and considerate of my situation. I was also surprised when the bill was less than expected. These people did everything far better than I could have hoped for. I highly recommend these people and will be back. As far as I am concerned this is my new dentisal office.

Im 28 years old and I had a fear of the dentist that could rival that of a 7 year old child. I had put off going to see a dentist for years because of this and finally decided that I didnt want to wind up toothless by 35, so I made an appointment at Brentwood Dental Group after reading the awesome reviews they received on Google. Needless to say, after the initial appointment, I wound up needing some extra work done which was performed today. Dr. Leppo did such an awesome job (especially with the numbing part). I felt no discomfort of any sort and am now convinced that not all dentists are torturers :-)

I have been a patient of Dr. Niesen for twenty years or so. And Liz has been my hygienist for 5 or more. This visit was the same as ever: relaxing, friendly, efficient and comfortable. When it comes to dental treatment, Ive found them to be conservative, always watching and assessing and doing work only when necessary. Furthermore, they use technology well (record-keeping, scheduling, reminders) so dealing with them is convenient. From the fresh magazines and newspapers in the waiting room to the soothing music and artwork in the exam areas, the experience is as good as it gets.

Today was my first visit to Dr. Nissen, and without question, the best dental experience I have ever had. Having lost a longer term dentist to retirement, Id found one in the interim in whom I lacked confidence. As a physician myself, I was extremely impressed with Dr. Nissens professionalism and expertise, not to mention his bedside manner. And for the first time I can remember, the procedure was entirely painless. Everyone in the office was friendly, helpful and polite. For as long as he is practicing and we live in St. Louis, I wont go anywhere else.

Today was my first visit with Dr. Faddis and well to be honest i was terrified at the idea of seeing a dentist for my broken tooth because well dentists rank right up there with clowns and spiders dressed as clowns for me. I have to say though that this experience was possibly the best experience EVER ive had with a dentist..They didnt make me feel ashamed about my poor dental hygiene and made me feel excited about the prospect of getting a beautiful smile. Awesome awesome awesome..2 thumbs up!
