Was greeted by sign that says employees are in meeting. Once receptionist returned still was not greeted. Had to remind her I had 2 children so needed more paper work. She just sat it on desk, and when asked her again she just points to it. When being called back only the lady taking radiographs introduced her self. I stood outside door to assist with my daughter, who is special needs, 4 people walked past me and not one person spoke. Once my daughter was back in the room two ladies sat down and started talking about how great my insurance was. I asked who they were and one was a supervisor. The dentist looked in my daughters mouth not once using the pick to check for cavities. We came for cleanings, needless to say that didnt happen. He said they both have cavities and I asked how did he know because he did not check for them. He said the x-rays that he didnt look at or get all of them because he was rushing the tech. I asked about the kids getting their cleanings and was told the hygienist was busy I had to get put on a schedule. I advised her that was the whole reason why I scheduled the appointment. After having to wait for the account officer to give me an outrageous quote and still did not get what we came for. A big waste of time. Would not recommend or return.

I went in because I chipped my front tooth. First of all they were the only ones that would see me right away. Every other dentist was like we can see you 2 weeks from now or a month from now. 2nd of all staff was very sympathetic to my problem and treated me very well. Dr. Pearson is the most down to earth doctor and never made me feel bad for not seeing a dentist regularly, he just dealt with my problems and made me feel comfortable. I recommend Aspen because of how they treat people. The only thing that I dont like about them is the prices. They are high, but to be sincerely honest most dentist offices are high. I havent been to a dentist yet that didnt make me feel it in my pocket. I highly recommend Aspen, particularly the Homer Adams office theyre really friendly and will do their best to accommodate their patients. Chelsea is one of the assistants there and she is awesome. She talked me through every procedure and made me comfortable. Dr Pearson is awesome too, he is a great dentist that knows what hes doing. I think I have found a new dentist office and now I will go to the dentist regularly.

This is the worst dental office I have ever been too, very unprofessional!! We visited this office to see if my daughters wisdom teeth needed to be pulled or if they were coming in straight. We waited 45 min. before being called back for x-rays. We continued to wait in the office for 20 more min. before seeing the dentist. The dentist was VERY unprofessional. He came in and looked at the x-rays for 10 seconds and stood up and said the office manager would be in to let me know how much it would cost. There was no consultation with him, I asked if they all needed to be pulled he said yes and left the room. Needless to say after waiting another 20 min. we decided to leave and never did see the office manager for the quote. I ended calling back to have the quote emailed to me... curious how much a "dental office" like this would charge and they quoted me 3,500. Thats crazy!! I ended up going to another dentist in town, very well known, only to find his cost was 2,000. I wouldnt send my dead dog to this place!!!

Definitely a chain dentist through and through. Granted I did go on a Thursday which is their late day but when I came in 15 mins early for my 6pm appointment there was only one other patient in the waiting room. I ended up not getting called in for appointment until 6:30 and no one told me why it took so long until I talked to the finance lady at the end. But a new patient consultation should not have taken 2 hours. I came in with a specific problem that my old dentist noticed before I moved so I wanted to get on it to get it fixed. They didnt seem to pay much attention to the reason I came in and instead gave me a list of other things that needed to get done. Not impressed. I came out with having to pay for my next appointment ahead of time and I severely regret that decision. Its not worth the convenience of being open late to have my mouth worked on by people I dont really trust. Going to a family dentistry practice in the area instead when I can cancel my appointment.

The hygienists was nice but the rest of my experience on multiple occasions the process was TERRIBLE. My husband spent 2 hours there and didnt even get his teeth cleaned. Insurance wasnt verified before we got there, happend the first time I went, and took 45 min for my husband to even go back. 6 months ago they said I had 2 cavities which I never got filled and surprise, today I had none. I dont trust this company and feel they will tell you things just to get money. Only new patients can schedule an appointment onlines. Hygienist isnt always there when their open. They said my husband had to get a deep cleaning and order special mouth wash ect because of inflammed gums and a cavity. Well see what the next dentist says when we take our business elsewhere. Bet his gums are just fine. Also, they charged me for x-rays when its covered by my insurance at 100%. 2 strikes and youre out in my book. Good bye Aspen Dental!

I recently switched jobs and had new dental insurance. My previous dentist of 17 years did not accept my new insurance but Aspen did. From the minute I was greeted at the front desk to the numerous staff that that assisted me along the way everything about this visit was top notch. I ended up having a tooth extracted, This was something I thought would be extremely painful and I did not feel a thing. It was not an easy procedure, it took about a half hour to complete. From start to finish the Dentist explained everything to me. This was my first visit to Aspen. I always dread the Dentist office, even going to my cleanings makes me nervous but Aspen was a different experience. Dr. Pearson, If you read this. Thank You again and I truly appreciate your hard work and professionalism on Tuesday. My mouth already feels better. Jim H.

I told them not to do the dental x-rays because Nidnoi might be pregnant. There was a question on the pre-exam paperwork, and we indicated that she might be pregnant. They even went and asked me, I was back in the exam room for my check-up. I told them not to do the x-rays. The technician went ahead and did the x-rays after I told her NOT TO. We are NOT at all happy with Aspen Dental. We are considering talking to an attorney. All that Aspen Dental was interested in was doing the x-rays and selling us some high priced root scaling and deep cleaning that our insurance didnt cover. My wife is from Thailand and her English is lacking a little, that is why I am writing this review. I am her husband. I feel that Aspen Dental tried to scam us. I am giving a 1 star because it wont let me post with 0. BEWARE!!!
