Took Son to get glasses, his was broken, Seen them on Fri and was told the glasses would be in the next Thurs, Didnt get a call so I called them and they said they should be in the next day. Called again on Fri still not in and called again on Sat to finally get told there was a problem with the frame and they would be in the following wed....Wed came and no call so Thurs I called and they was going to have to try to track them down and call me back... NO CALL BACK.... Call them on Fri and they tell me they would have them in the next am and they finally called Sat am and they had finally got them in. We went in to pick them up and they was as cold with us as they could be, acted like it was a hassle to even fit them, NO apology for them being over a week late.........That is the last time I will ever use the Chillicothe Premier Eyecare again!!!

I have been a patient of Dr.Brodmerkle For the last 13 years. He is the best eye doctor, other eye doctors cant seem to get my prescription right for contacts or glasses. Dr. Brodmerkle gets it right the first time so you dont waste time and money going back and forth. He is courteous, kind, funny and totally professional. The staff are super friendly and very helpful! Picking out glasses can be a real pain, its nice to have someone you trust to guide you through that process!! I would never go anywhere else!! Five stars!!

Everyone from the doctors to the receptionist were very courtious and helpful. The Doctor explained things in laymans terms so I could understand it. I highly recommend Premier Eyecare Associates.
