My son was very hesitant in getting his first glasses, and these people made him feel super comfortable. Clean shop, organized and not pushy whatsoever. Everyone was friendly and answered all of my questions and were quite informative about his eyes, vision, and overall optical health. They had great prices, and the cool thing is that most of the employees were bilingual! These guys had real doctors that take their time and didnt push you towards some type of annual plan. Our family has been through the big chains before and this was a completely different experience. My son was amazed at the difference and has not been experiencing the headaches he was previously. He has broken the glasses twice since then and both times they fixed it on the spot for FREE. I dont know if that is the normal, but it definitely defied my expectations which is pretty rare for service/retail businesses these days.

My wife and I have been going to this one for over 8 years and have had great care over the years. Everyone there is professional and the amount of time spent there is well taken care of so that you dont have to spend hours trying to get what you want. The eye doctor is caring and does a complete examination and the products that they have give you a good selection to pick from. One thing that I like about them is that they "KNOW" us and remember the last time we were there. We recommend others to them all the time and that will continue to go on as long as they keep up the great care that they give!

I called today to confirm my daughters appointment to be told her medicaid is not accepted and she no longer has the appointment...Funny thing is she never has had medicaid. These people are ridiculous and unprofessional, we will take our money elsewhere!!!

Personally, I like the staff. The overall wait for the glasses was to much I got the lenses fast, but it took two months to get my frames. Which in my opinion will make me never get glasses there again.
