If I could give zero stars, I would. I was a brand new client, and I had scheduled my appointment over a month ago, knowing that I would only be able to schedule an appointment for a Monday afternoon. I received a phone call only 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment time to confirm my appointment for the following day. I explained to the receptionist that my appointment was to be for that Monday afternoon at 5pm, and that I was actually on my way to their office. Only then was I notified that they didnt have a doctor on staff, and that my appointment was moved to November 6th (which is a Sunday and they arent open). When I proceeded to inform her that was a Sunday afternoon, she got all confused as to how this could happen, blamed the computer, etc. This is completely unprofessional and rude, in my opinion. I had already scheduled time off work, and was never informed previous to this call about my appointment. I cancelled this and any future appointments, and will find another place that treats their clients with more respect than this. My time is just as valuable as theirs, especially when time off work isnt easy to make happen.

I went here 5 to 6 years ago when my niece worked here. Was happy with my service, but when she no longer worked there I thought I would find someplace that wasnt 30 minutes away. I tried and tried! Now that I have seen what else is out there, I will never go anyplace else! This is the best place! Shelly is amazing, and Ive seen two different doctors. Extremely happy with both of them.

The eye doctor was fine but the billing lady and front office staff was a nightmare to deal with. Had been going here for years but will not go back because of repeat bad experiences.
