This was my first experience at this office. I was having an extremely bad experience with one of my eyes and needed an emergency appointment to see a doctor on Friday afternoon. They got me in quickly and Dr. Ward took very good care of me. It will be my forever optometrist office. Everyone was so nice and the doctor was very thorough with everything he told me. Even said he would call and check on me on Sunday to make sure my eye was getting better. I will recommend this office to any and everyone I talk to and I will definitely be back there soon!

I received incredible care while there. Quality experience from the moment i walked in, was greeted by the front desk. I had very little paperwork to fill out, but I had a great cup of coffee while I was sitting in a comfortable chair. I was called back right on time and the tech was very friendly, quick, and knowledgeable. The Doctor - friendly and quick but very caring and concerned about my eye issues. The front eye glasses picker helped me a ton and was very enouraging. In summary - a phenomenal experience in Longview. Highly recommended!

Dr. Ward is AMAZING; he and the staff are so sweet, sociable and full of smiles. Theyre eager to help and accommodate you and find the best option for you visual needs. I have a terrible astigmatism that most optometrist have limited experience with, Dr Ward has NEVER steered me wrong and Bennett totally up front with the best options to fit my lifestyle needs. My only drawback is the expense of the special lenses and the frames, after insurance. Thank you all for a great experience because we only get one set of eyes!

Doctors here are AMAZING! We been going to Dr. Little for years, hes a super nice doctor. My husband had an issue while working in his shop, Dr. Little was out of town but Dr. Sarah Ward took excellent care of him in a pinch! (Scratched cornea) When my mom was trying find an eye doctor, I called them up and the other Dr. Justin Ward (Sarahs husband) took her in and was able to help us with getting a YAG procedure for her cataract implants. We would highly recommend these doctors to anyone who is as picky as we are!!!

My daughter and I just had our annual check up and I am very pleased with Longview Eye Associates. My daughter was first seen by Dr. Ward and her staff last year and this was my first experience as a patient with them. All the ladies are very sweet and helpful. I did not feel awkward or out of place or like they felt they were better than us. I would definitely recommend Longview Eye Associates to anyone who needs an exam, contacts or glasses. We will be back again for my contacts and glasses as well.

Our family has been using Longview Eye Associates for our eye care needs for several years. We honestly couldnt be happier with the service, and personal attention the doctors and staff give us each time we are there. Our 5 year old daughter started having vision problems recently. Dr. Little and Dr. Ward are the best. They are so friendly, professional and accommodating. When Ive needed help quickly they were able to get me right in. Dr. Sarah Ward does an excellent job with my young kids. Theyre commitment to taking care of my family and me have made us life long patients. Dr. Sarah is wonderful. She is very patient with kids. Takes the stress out of taking kids to the Dr. They offer back to back appointment to allow both my kid and myself to get our appointment done at the same time. This takes stress out of the visit to see Mom go first if there is anxiety from the unknown and also allow for 1 trip, we get 2 Dr visits knocked out. Nothing but great things to say!!

I have counted on Longview Eye Associates since the last millennium. The staff and doctors have been always very positive, professional, and helpful. Normally just routine eye exams and a set of new glasses. On a couple of occasions I have had a problem with my eye that needed immediate attention. They were very quick and caring. Very professional and courteous service by everyone here. Dr. Justin Ward was extremely thorough and my eyeglasses rx was very accurate and spot on. I was also very satisfied with the eyeglasses/frames store inside the building. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place! Dr Ward is great. Ive always wore glasses and now Im able to wear contacts, which I was told before that I shouldnt never wear due to having keratacunus. However, I now enjoy my contacts and with them my vision is 20/20. I would recommend this place to anyone. The staff is nice and friendly and theres never a wait for appointments.

Best eye doctors and office staff in East Texas. Prompt, polite and friendly. You are not just a number you are greeted by name and welcomed. When other "specialists" had no solution for me these doctors kept researching and trying new techniques. When my husband got something in his eye at work they saw right away. I highly recommend.

Long wait due to "unexpected doctor shortage", but office voluntarily discounted my fees. Suggestion: the office texted me numerous times reminding me of my appt; why couldnt I be texted that schedule was running 30 min behind schedule? I could have grabbed some lunch or missed only an hour of work instead of hour & a half.

I moved to North Texas 15 years ago and still come back to Longview for my eye doctor just because of the staff at Longview eye associates.
