Pro Health Physical Therapy is absolutely awesome! Its a family owned and operated business where you feel like youre part of the family. All three therapists (mom and two daughters) are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and caring. They were able to explain the anatomy of my knee to me and even had a model of the knee to show me all of the ligaments. They made me go through a variety of exercises to help strengthen the knee. I had a partially torn MCL and after going through several weeks of therapy, I am feeling so much better and was even able to play volleyball without any pain. Their thoughtful care and expertise has made my recovery a very delightful and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Pro Health to anyone who needs physical therapy!

Last year I fell and tore multiple things in my shoulder. My doctor recommended Pro Health and they did not disappointment. The sessions were informative, challenging, and effective. I worked with Gabriella the most, and sometimes with Sylvia and Theresa. All of them were so knowledgeable and encouraging. I asked a lot of questions and they didnt mind. I went for about 2 months and saw progress the whole time. I even became a fan of The View, as it was on in the background :) Its been about 9 months and my shoulder has fully recovered. I have all the range of motion back and I still do the exercises they gave me. I highly recommend Pro Health Physical Therapy.

Dr. Gabriella Cifelli took my elbow, wrist, and shoulder pain away with 1 session of dry needling. As a competitive weightlifter and Chiropractic physician I was bothered and had trouble getting though my workday and training without discomfort. I was somewhat skeptical with dry needling but willing to try anything to get my shoulder better. I had a tough time moving my arm in certain positions and after the session I was 90% better with full range of motion of my shoulder. She made me a believer with one dry needling treatment. Started going to Pro Health after a car accident almost 3 years ago. They absolutely changed my life and lifestyle (even stopped smoking). The therapists are amazing and on top of every new treatment available. When my therapy was completed, I signed on for personal training and honestly feel better and stronger than I have in decades. I recommend them every time I get a chance to. It is honestly one of the best choices I have ever made - truly.

Everyone at ProHealth Physical Therapy is great! They give everyone their full attention. Theresa, Gaby and Sylvia are the nicest people and I look forward to seeing them every week.
