Hi, To all Never ever trust these guys, they simple cheat the patients by giving wrong information pertaining to insurance. I called this centre in order to have my wife a chiropractor test and neck massage, but before scheduling appointment I gave my insurance details and clearly told them to check whether my insurance covers all treatment services, later the same day I received the call form this office and informed that it is covered under my insurance, immedialtey I scheduled an appointment. we went to their office and visited twice (just assuming these people are genuine in providing the insurance information) When first visited I insisted the lady at receptionist to double check about my insurance once again, I got same message as they told over phone. And she told her manager is not at office and she will call me back as soon she comes office. ( that never happened nor did not get a call till i call them after two days) They dont have proper communications between the staff members. Finally today after one week the manager called me and said my insurance is not covered fully and need to pay from my pocket. This is ridiculous. After a long discussion she rudely argued with me and ended up saying they will send bill if not paid it will go to collection. Never EVER GO TO THIS OFFICE, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

I have been treating with NES since for about 15 years. I have experienced multiple injuries from neck to back and every joint in my body. I have had issues with my shoulders, knees, ankles and elbows. However, no matter what the injury was or what pain i was experiencing, the staff at NES was able to address the issue and not just eliminate the pain but cure the injury. I have also had rehab on an intricate shoulder surgery and knee surgery last year. Not only did I make a full recovery but the PT department cut down on what was expected to be 8-12 weeks to recover, to 6-8 weeks. I routinely visit NES for spine adjustments. I find it crucial to living a pain free life style. I would recommend NES to all types of patients for any discomfort in any part of your body. THEY HAVE THE ANSWER!!! The atmosphere is extremely comfortable from girls at the front desk to the Chiros and PT department. They have a great ability to educate you on what they are doing and why they are doing it. If you care about your wellness then NES is the place to go. See it for yourself.

Dr. Ryan has been my chiropractor for the past 8 years. If it wasnt for him I would not be in the condition I am today. I would be in a lot of pain and probably would have turned to surgery. Dr. Ryan recommended physical therapy along with chiro to help with my lower back problems. They do so much more than just chiropractic. The physical therapists are very patient and take the time to work on every exercise one on one until you understand how to do them properly. Everyone at the office is so friendly that they make the whole experience a lot easier wether is comes to setting up an appointement or working with your insurance comany. I recommend Northeast Spine and Wellness Center to anyone who needs help with any kind of back, neck or physical therapy needs. Thank you Dr Ryan and all who work at the Northeast Spine and Wellness Center!!!!!!

Hello Everyone, This review is well overdue , Dr. Jay is awesome, and his knowledge and professionalism is from the heart. He is a long time friend but also my doctor, he has taught me so much in structural integrity and how to stay STRAIGHT UP in life... The truth is many people are anti-Chiropractic and that is a shame because doctors like Jay Paris can change your life and allow you to see the world without Pain!!! Please support this man in anything He does he is a God send to me and Im so thankful for his help and friendship. I have been dealing with NES since the day that they opened their doors. I have had a relationship with NES both as a patient and as a staff member working with patients as well as the staff on various Corrective Exercises methods. Dr. Paris & Dr. Ryan are exceptional doctors in their field. They posses both the knowledge and the sincere care that is required to help patients physically and more importantly at times; Mentally. Their Holistic approach to wellness is what keeps them on top of their field. Come to NES not only when you are in pain, come in and learn how to prevent many of the mis-alignments that eventually lead to chronic pain. You will not be disappointed!

I have to say I am very disappointed with their scheduling.. my Mom is 87 years old and has a knee issue... we have tried to go for shots in her knee -- made appts in advance taking into consideration when I can get her there. Never fails -- they are always changed and with no regard for her getting to the office. I finally had to cancel her remaining appointments given the fact that I am convinced they really dont care about my Moms issues. Also, I was treated very poorly when calling to express my concerns. I guess they care about who they care about the the others can just go somewhere else or live the rest of their lives in pain.

I have been suffering for years from a football related neck injury. I have been to numerous doctors and pain management clinics, only to be letdown each and every time when no results were achieved. They have had me try just about every technique, medication, and spinal fusion surgery they could think of. I was recommended to Dr. Mo at NES, and after consulting with Dr. Jay and himself, I felt comfortable enough to give it one last try. Their treatments have been excellent! Since seeing them I have been able to work consistently, workout much more often, and basically have a life again! Thanks Dr. Mo!!

Physical Therapy has become a part of my life. I started going for sports related injuries and noticing that I only went for treatment when something hurt. Now I go regularly to stay healthy. Dr. T has treated me with unparallel service. He thoroughly explains things to me like a person not talking over my head like a doctor. His knowledge, friendliness and commitment to keep me healthy keeps me coming back. I’m a former athlete in my 30’s and feel better now then I did when I was in my 20’s. Thanks Dr. T-

Ive been going to Northeast Spine and Wellness for many years and have always left there feeling supercharged after my treatment. Dr. Jay and his staff work with me regularly and have me spinning like a top. The aches and pains you get in life as you get older has been reduced with some P.T., Dr. Jays adjustments have me walking upright and painfree. We tweeked some dietary issues and all and all, i have never felt better!!!! Keep doing your regular visits.......I feel 20 again.
