1. Ive had 3 root canals performed there. The first which stayed, and is still there (knock on wood) was performed by a Middle Eastern or Indian/Pakistani dentist. There was some heat in the adhesive which perhaps made all the difference. The others were performed by some other doctors and subsequent visits to my new dentist have shown their work was inadequate, due to the way they formed, or shaped the teeth. It did not hold the crown and they fell out. Ive asked them to redo the work and they say they want to ask my insurance company to pay for it. Not gonna happen. These expensive procedures should be done properly the first time and they shouldnt expect to be payed twice for poor work. 2. My flex spending card payed for some of this work in 2013, and since then, Ive asked them on numerous occasions to provide the receipts. I havent gotten them and the result is my HR company hasnt payed me for claims that Ive needed to process, so Im out over a hundred bucks thanks to them. 3. The time it takes to be seen even when you make your appointment is not worth the aggravation and the wait. Stay clear of this place if possible.

I wish there was a no star rating. This place its full of it. Took my kids there. After specify that I dont want no one to work on any of them if Im not around, one tech still try to do it. They took my boy saying it just for the Xray. Next think she come see me that my son request me. I come in, my poor 4 years old told me that she wanted to do something on his teeth without me present. Even a 4 years old understood my request. And for my 7 years old who just need a filling she made o sound like his teeth is terrible that it need to be fixed. Just put the damn filling like it was done before. And them to refer me somewhere else to do it because they dont do it there. Then what are you there for ? ?? The best part I ask for a copy of his Xray so it wont be done again, you would imagine easy rightttt ? ??? Ive been waiting for 2 weeks now. Im about to walk in there next week with the strength of a tornado. This is unacceptable. Please find you another dentist. I live in S Harrison i went there because I believe in giving buissness to the local. But that place its not worthy.

Awesome service ! HAd a great experience. The folks at Orange dental were very professional, patient and warm. Went there for a dental check up and must confess it was a money well spent. Will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of dental care services.

The staff sucks big time. I went in march to fix a filling that came out and waited for every its now August and my tooth broke because the staff here did not submit claim. Dont go here if you like your teeth

The wait times are horrible. Have a 2pm appointment? Expect to be sat in a chair at 6pm and actually seen by dentist at 630pm. Constantly overbooked and the work is shoddy.
