When training for my last half marathon this past winter, I experienced a lot of discomfort in my left hip. I ran the half and by mile 8, I was in a lot of pain. When doing any kind of work out after I completed the half, I had a lot of pain in my hip but kept putting off seeing a doctor. I then signed up for my next half (this October) and knew that I had to do something about my hip before I started my training. I asked on Facebook if anyone knew of a good sports chiropractor in the Freehold area and several people recommended Dr. Murphy. I called that day and had an appointment that night. Dr. Murphy was so attentive and actually listened to me as well as took x-rays in order to determine the cause of my pain. Upon my arrival for my second appointment, he had a plan of attack and told me to give him about 4-6 weeks and I would be ready to start my training. Well, he is true to his word! During the 6 weeks that I saw Dr. Murphy, he performed different techniques on my hip as well as showed me many stretches that I can do on my own. I am happy to say that I am in my 6th week of training and have not had any problems or pain with my hip. It feels as good as new and I have only Dr. Murphy to thank. He is an awesome chiropractor and I will recommend him to all of my friends and family.

I have been seeing Dr. Murphy for approximately two months. I have had back and neck pain for years. I was skeptical about chiropractic therapy. But that quickly changed after my first appointment with Dr. Murphy. He has a caring, genuine and warm personality. You can tell that he is passionate about his work and wants to take people out of pain. After around a month of consistent adjustments, I was no longer in pain, had my mobility back and no longer felt exhausted. I ran a mud run last May and had to stop half way through because of pain and spasms. I did the same run again this past month and felt amazing! I can honestly say that Dr. Murphy changed my life. In my experience, no other doctor or treatment has made as positive of an impact as Dr. Murphy and chiropractic therapy has made on my life. And its all natural! My only regret is that I didnt find Dr. Murphy sooner and lived in pain way longer than I needed to.

I came to Dr Murphy to seek help from injuries caused from an auto accident. Previously, I had been going to a chiro nearer my home, and wasnt getting any better. After starting treatment with Dr. Murphy - I am much better in several respects. I love coming to their office - everyone is very pleasant, kind and concerned. Dr. Murphy takes the time to realy listen to what you are saying and tailors your treatment to what you need. I never feel like a number or part of a cookie cutter operation. I have been a patient of Dr Murphy for a couple weeks now and he has improved the quality of my life significantly. I was experiencing neck and back pain and now I am feeling so much better after a couple weeks of treatment. If you are looking for a Chiropractor, I would highly recommend Dr Murphy. My daughter referred me to Dr Murphy and I have to say I am glad she did. Dr Murphy has been treating me for my scoliosis which has been giving me severe back pain for most of my life. I have been to many chiropractors, but Dr Murphy has helped me so much. I am now able to go about my day with less back pain. If you are suffering with scoliosis or back pain, you should definitely give Dr Murphy a call. Dr Murphy is a very compassionate professional doctor that truly cares about his patients.

A friend recommended Dr. Murphy to me and I could not be happier that I took her advice...He takes x-rays on your first visit (which most chiropractors do not do) to assess your precise problem and areas of concern.. He then works his magic! I have suffered with bad headaches and migraines for many years and have tried EVERYthing.. since I started being treated by Dr. Murphy my headaches have gone away.. he is a GREAT chiropractor, I would recommend him to everyone!!

I was referred to Dr. Murphy by a family member for treatment of bulging discs in my neck and back. He is AMAZING! He is extremely professional and actually listens to what you tell him. He takes the time to properly evaluate your condition so that he can make the best recommendation of treatment. He even spotted an abnormality on my MRI that another doctor missed.
