I came here for an eyeglasses exam and was told the co-pay with insurance would be $20.00. The doctor performed fittings for contacts and eyeglass which was an up charge. She suggested that I try a different version of contacts which resulted in me having a corneal abrasion and initial stages of an corneal ulcer in my eye. They did not want to help me by any means. In fact, they wouldnt give me my prescription that was paid for when I came in. They lied over the phone and when I came into the shop they still gave me a hard time. I have to goto an ophthalmologist for this condition. DO NOT TRUST THIS PLACE.
