I brought in my daughter, a baby, who was so itchy she was making herself bleed. Dr. Ponti quite obviously had no idea what could be causing this. I had to give her the answers as given to me by her pediatrician. She offered only a blank stare and told me to do literally everything I was already doing (answers I also provided her), even though I explained it is getting much worse with each passing day. My favorite was I asked her if freckles at this age were a sign she will have my skin type and her response was to ask me if she looked more like me or my husband. Please do not waste your time with incompetence. I should have known when everyone else had a month long waiting list but Dr. Ponti could see me 2 hrs after I called !

Dr. Ponti was the most kind, patient, and knowledgeable doctor I have ever been to. She spent well over an hour with me, truly listened and found something wrong with me that every other doctor has missed for years. I am truly grateful I found her. I would highly recommend her to everyone.

My husband is a very complicated patient. His prior doctor would get frustrated and not spend enough time answering our questions. Thank God we found Dr. Ponti, her care is the most genuine we have ever experienced and she answers every question with real depth and compassion.
