I was a patient of Dr Ratnams in 2014 . I have to say, it is because of her I never WANT ANOTHER FEMALE OBGYN EVER ! she would not take time to hear my worries or complaints with what I felt was wrong with my preganncy . I told her I felt something weird going on Bc I think I have an infection and she wouldnt test my urine or anything . She would just write up a prescription and I didnt like that . I was 7 months pregnant and felt very uncomfortable . She would rush me all the time . Wouldnt show no compassion . She just was very unconcerned with me as a patient . So I took it upon myself to find a different obgyn and asked for my documents .. to my surprise she yelled at her employee "do not give her her documents" I know my rights as a patient and thats not legal. I have a right to have my documents to transfer . I just feel like she does not belong in this profession .

The staff here is not as professional as they should be. They have a rough time keeping track of appointments and arent the friendliest of people. The doctor herself has no bedside manner. Shes very rude when you are the last appointment because she is in a rush to leave. She will scold "why werent you here earlier" and you will say "Ive been in the waiting room for 2 hours". Everyone is scheduled at the same time and its basically first come first serve. You are never seen on time unless you are there an hour before your appointment. The doctor does not explain ANYTHING to you. She makes her notes and sends you on your way and sounds very annoyed when you ask questions. I had this same doctor 8 years ago during my first pregnancy and I dont remember it being this bad. Everyone has their own opinion and mine are based off of my personal experiences while there.

Dr Ratnam Jain is a phenomenal physician who has a healing touch. She has incredible knowledge in her field and uses it to cure you. She cares for you as if you were her own and feels your pain. It is her knowledge, meticulousness and thoroughness which makes her a fantastic Gynecologist and Physician. I have experienced this myself having a undiagnosed illness . I had gone from Physician to Physician before I met her and experienced her ability to diagnose and cure. It was then I realized why she was so busy. and her office always packed. Well if you want the best then you have to wait. All I can say is that as a patient I would wait any length of time to see her

Im so sorry to hear that a few of you had bad experience. I actually enjoyed her very much, I was scheduled every three weeks. She was friendly; answered any questions we had, and never rushed us out. I will say this, The staff can be a little unorganized. I just found out I am expecting my third child, and have been calling for the last three business day, and no one has picked up the phone. As much as I enjoyed Dr. Ratnam, if I cant get scheduled, I will have to find another OB doctor. Also, this was three years ago, when I was pregnant with my second son.

This is one of the worst unprofessional, uneducated Doctors I have ever encounter, if this could be called Doctor. The way she speaks to her staff says alot about a person. Very poor education to say the least. I think she brought her license in India. How anyone calls herself a Doctor??.. The state should really investigate this office and her licence!

Okay so i stopped seeing her 3yrs ago but today I remembered why! After a half an hour waiting and another half another half dressed in the room they all of sudden find paper work that the insurance wont pay for my procedure and so i couldnt see her without a $200 copay first!! NEW SPOT STILL UNORGANIZED im over this office.

WORST AND MOST RUDE DOCTOR EVER! Shes mean, rude, extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. Doesnt give you a chance to lay down on the exam table and cover yourself up. Leaves the door wide open while youre standing there without any pants or anything on. I will never go back there again.

She is not a good doctor at all. If you want someone friendly and helpful stay away very away from her. Horrible bad attitude, does not help nor seem like she wants to help. She will not explain anything to you and seems as if shes judging you. I will never return to her again.

I am a long standing patient of Dr Ratnam Jain. She is great bed side manners and is very caring I had a very complicated situation. She performed and incredible surgery which improved my life tremendously. I love her and would recommend her to everyone

While Dr.Jain is very busy and sees many patients daily, she is an excellent doctor and very meticulous in taking care of me. She has delivered four of my children and I would highly recommend her as anyones OB-GYN.
