Ive been going to Dr. Brenda for several years for lower back pain. At first I would only go when my spasms would start up but in the last 2 years I have been going regularly and it has worked wonders for my lower back pain. I also started on a nutrition and supplement regiment. Dr. Brenda has made recommendations to my diet that has resulted in healthier eating habits. Before I started on her plan I was taking a statin for high cholesterol that I no longer need. And I have lost 30 lbs. Dr. Brenda is the best.
