I almost want to give it an incomplete grade, but the initial visit was fine. The dentist is polite and so was the hygienist-assistant(at first). I needed x-rays and had to get the insurance company to allow the x-rays. The PROBLEM IS that the ASSISTANT is VERY and I MEAN VERY RUDE. Hes overwhelmed and "backed up" and appears to be young and his way of communication is BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. He basically sounds stressed before you even talk to him and unfortunately, I was his target. As for the dentist, she couldve said heres a temporary filling or an antibiotic for swelling in the root, but she just told me not to "tease" (play) with my chipped tooth. I mean, who wouldnt play with a chipped tooth thats carving up their tongue? No helpful hints on relief. Basically, you wait until we call you. That said, the ASSISTANT is the reason why I graded the practice. Theyre located in Washington Township,NJ (a new location).... Proceed with caution.
