Most unprofessional dentist and staff . Charge for work which was never done . Refused to work was paid for . I went to county suffren NY . I has brocken teeth and they did temporary feeling . I received ststment for crown payment was made to dentist . I called them and made appointment . I had paid out of pocket last time . Iwas told by dentist if my plan will pay they will pay back my money . When I went today I set there for a while then front clark told me I have some balance due . I told her your office owe me money . She told me have a sit then called me inside office to office manage who started attacking me I owe them money for 2014 because they I went over then was cover by plan . I knew dentist who worked on my tooth and placed crown which was not holding has to redo them and they charged plan they refuse to pay and I received statment and i told them i will not pay because for work insurance had paid allready . Today when i went she told me I had five feeling done in one day and it was not paid . I never had five feeling down 1st and then i was never told about payment . They refused to do panding work and took money already paid for work is not dne pluse payment I have made already . Office manager who was not there keep on repeating herself and became very nesty . This is completly unproffessional and scam . where I can report this ?

Horrible office, totally disorganized and never follow through. They did the first half of my husbands gum surgery in Oct 2013, he had an appointment for the second half, when we got there they canceled us. Told us our insurance didnt pay. Let us drive 40 minutes there only to cancel, turns out the insurance DID pay, their accounting is as messed up and lazy as the rest of the place. I had to spend a whole morning fixing it for them, all they would have had to do was call but that was too much for them to handle. Then they screwed up his appointment with a different office, dont waste your time, we wasted enough. Theyre AWFUL

Overall had a great experience until my younger brother had a horrific experience Dr. Colbar not sure if that is how you spell it. This so called professional has the audacity to tell my younger brother he has low pain tolerance due Pornography!?? And then continue to steer the conversation towards that subject! We contacted the office and they sided with the dentist and this was his reply. " I said phone and not pornography." Quite evident the difference in both words and their meaning. Even if he said phone how does a phone decrease pain tolerance? Protect your kids.

The office may be beautiful but their billing system is a scam. Prior to going to my appointments I always ask how much my visit will be out of pocket, this way when I receive service I pay in FULL prior to leaving. Somehow, they recalculate and add additional costs to my insurance carrier and when I go to my next visit I have an open balance!! I stopped going to them because I felt that they are scamming their clients.

I just had first time appointments for my family. I loved that I can fill out all the new patient paperwork online prior to going to the office (with 2 kids in tow this made it a lot easier for me) Cheryl the hygienist was fantastic and she was running on time! Will be returning in a few weeks to see the doctor. Very good experience!
