who would of ever thought that getting your wisdom teeth could be a PLEASANT experience!? East Madison Dental constantly suprises me every time i go there. Each time is always better than the last becuase they strive to make real relationships with all their patients. The moment you walk in the office you are immediately offered coffee, juice, water or even to play video games if you should feel so inclined. All of their reception team is a breathe of fresh air. There has never been a time where they havent gone above and beyond when it comes to scheduling or rescheduling my appointments, calling my dental insurance provider, calling my health insurance provider (see if they can get me more things covered in my visit), and always answering any questions i have out of the blue. I personally prefer to have all contact via email becuase i work full time and cant speak on the phone during the day and they are GREAT at getting back to me via email almost immediately. its not just reception that makes going there great.. it is the hygenists who also make it a great experience. they are so gentle and conscious of how i am feeling it makes for a smooth painless cleaning. they also are always smiling, friendly, and looking for ways to make the patient more comfortable, whether it be to pass the remote and let me watch tv during it or providing me with headphones and some music to zone out to. finally - dr jain. there are not enough positive adjectives in the dictionary to describe this man! he is hands down one of the most FRIENDLY and considerate people i have ever met. He makes sure that i am always comfortable, knowledgable of what is going to take place, and patient when i ask 50+ questions. In this last visit when I had to get my wisdom teeth removed I was extremely nervous especially becuase i was leaving for vacation less than a week after the procedure. He assured me i would be fine and he was absolutely right. When i woke up from the procedure he was right there letting me know that it went well and gave instructions to my mother who was taking me home from the office. Of coarse in true East Madison Dental fashion, Dr. Jain called my home that night to make sure i was doing well and that there werent any complications. He did an amazing job with the extractions and I had no bad side effects or any complications to this day almost a month later. I cant say enough positive things about east madison dental. I live in another county yet i still drive there becuase you cannot beat the quality of service they provide. Hands down best dentist and establishment in the area!

If your looking for an excellent dentist office, look no further this is the BEST! I have been a patient of East Madison Dental for about 8 years now, I have tried other Dentist offices, but nothing has compared with my overall experiences. I even ask other people about their dentist and compare by telling them everything my Dentist office does and people are AMAZED, so I know they are truly special. First of all, the place is very Welcoming, great lobby (reception area BIG) nice decor, Wi-Fi, furniture is NICE! They have a variety of refreshments and coffee for you to grab (for free), they even offer to make it for you, great literature selection. And the reception at this place is incredible, feels like one big family, Gronya & Adelle are very welcoming with a great big smile and always strike up an intersting conversation. Secondly, my Hygenist Hillary is a master at her craft, she is too nice always gives me a hug, she hangs up my coat, turns the tv on the sports channel for me. She is always concerned about my comfort and ask How Im Doing throuhout my cleaning. And when shes done I just know they couldnt have been cleaned any better. (Lick my teeth for days) When shes finished with my teeth, I get a nice Hot Towel Rub on my face and my Hands. And I even get a goodie bag to Go. (Aaahhh my visits feel like Im at a SPA and not a dentist) And Dr. Jain is too Cool, always a gentleman and also a master at his craft, whenever I have any questions or concerns about Dental Hygeine he seems to know it All. Aside from having my teeth cleaned every 3 months, I also had the Invisalign procedure done and my teeth are perfectly straight now. Last of all, they are very advanced with the latest technology and up to date on all new procedures and products in the dental world. They convinced me to buy an electric toothbrush about 5 years ago (The Oral-B Truimph) due to its benifits, and that toothbrush is still running strong and they were Right. To conclude, I moved much further away from this town, but I wouldnt take the chance and change this Dentist, my teeth are much too happy here. Thanks East Madison Dental.

I never thought that I would love a dentist office so much that I talk about them to anyone who mentions the word dentist!!! I convince all my friends and family that there is NO WAY their dentist can be better than mine!! There is no way that there is another dentist office out there with exceptional staff like the ones at east madison dental. Everyone is so friendly and truly knows the patients. They are all so nice and personable and it makes me feel so comfortable and important visiting their office. Its like Cheers....where everybody knows your name!!! My mom told me about this office, and when I called to make an appointment I felt like I knew them forever!! And I must say Hillary is the absolute BEST!!! I love seeing her!!!! My husband missed his appt. and has not made a new one and i keep telling him he better go in and not cancel on Hillary!! See what I mean...who likes their hygenist so much that they nag their husband about canceling a dentist appt. Ive always hated going to the dentist and I have never been to a dentist this regular until I started going to EMD. Thank you Dr. Jain, Hillary, and everyone at EMD for making my experience so enjoyable and painless!!! The best thing I can do for you to show my appreciation is continue convincing my friends and family that there is no better dentist office than EMD and send them over to experience the greatness themselves!!!

My five year old daughter had an infected tooth that needed to get removed immediately. However, I was having difficulties in finding an anesthesiologist and a dentist who would do it sooner than later. Just happened to Google pediatric dentist and came across this practice. Called them explaining my situation and was able to get an immediate appt with both Dr. Bracy (dentist) and Dr. Patel (anesthesiologist). The staff there is beyond kind, especially Christian, who took the time to figure everything out with my insurance and returning my calls and emails. Dr. Bracy is fabulous, kind, informative, with the best bedside manners. She kept us informed as the procedure was happening and then came out and explained everything. She was so thorough. Dr. Patel who called me to find out about my daughters health before administration of anesthesia, also called the night before the procedure and the day of walked us through everything. He was spectacular in his dealings with my five year old who is so scared of drs. And then finally gave us a follow up call after the procedure. We were so impressed with such efficiency of staff, kindness of doctors that my husband and I made our dentist appointments with them that day. I highly, highly recommend this practice for anyone who is looking for great, knowledgeable care for your little ones.
