He ido dos veces y no te explica nada de lo que tenes uno mismo tiene q andar adivinando q es lo q tiene uno mismo, y cuando no sabe q es lo q tenes busca las cosas por intermet, te atiende 5 minutos y se retira.... no te toma la presion, en fin no atiende bien.

Wow, I just called to make an appointment as a new patient. I was put on hold and then asked if I had been there previously and the lady on the phone said "Wow, I dont have anything until August- nothing for new patients." It didnt sound like they even cared to make the appointment- even if in August. How difficult was it to say that the next available appointment was in August and if this would be alright? Customer service is all in how you interact and frame your dialogue.

Best I ever had, was her patient for almost 21 years, before having to drop her due to changes in healthcare insurance switch. Bottomline love her and her staff, they are very professional and compassionate dying to go back to her(since like forever)
