As of right now 1 star. I had a 3:45 pm appointment w/ Dr. Citron. I called at 1:40pm asking if they had an earlier appointment. Maria told me to come over.. Its now 2:33pm I have not been seen by the Dr. My thing is if the dr is not ready to see patients never tell a patient to come now.. Part of customer service is to respect patients time.. I had no problem waiting until 3:45 because I could of got a few things done.. Also the office staff Faith (office manager) is rude.. Its funny she was so nice when I came in and soon as I had a question she got inpatient. I just asked her if Dr. Citron is going to call me in soon because I can just come back for 3:45 pm if she is not ready.. Her reply was rude and with an attitude .. "She said it was up to me.. Maybe Dr. Citron was in surgery" what??? Update: Dr. Citron took me in.. She was very nice however my visit with her was quick...rushed. About less than 10 mins.. I was referred to Dr. Citron by a friend. So if the treatment that she prescribed works then I will be back.. Because Dr.Citron is nice. But Faith is rude, unprofessional and ghetto. she needs to check herself and act like an office manager..

I have been seeing Dr. Citron in the tens of years-in that time I have seen new office staff for various reasons and never has any one of the staff been rude. Dr. Citron is worth the wait and Faith the office Manager is the sweetest person you could meet that will go above and beyond her call of duty.
