I recently had a small surgical procedure performed by Dr. Ehrenreich. From start to finish my experience was great. I got a text reminding me of my appointment the day before and was greeted by a helpful and lovely receptionist when I arrived at his beautiful office. I was not kept waiting (which is unusual these days for a doctors office!) Dr. Ehrenreich explained the entire procedure to me in a way that I could understand and had a very kind and calming demeanor keeping me reassured during the entire procedure. I got detailed post-procedure care instructions and a follow-up call the next day to check in to see how I was doing. I recommend Dr. Ehrenreich 100%.

My husband has been going to this doctor for the past year for his dermatitis. Dr. Ehrenreich is attentive and caring and so far my husband is managing his dermatitis well. However, its very disappointing that the receptionist there is very rude. Whenever my husband calls to have the doctor send his prescriptions in to his pharmacy, the receptionist is so impatient, rude, and huffs and puffs over the phone. Were disappointed with the customer service, taking a minute or two for a patient shouldnt be such a big deal.

I heard great things about this doctor and was excited to call and book an appointment however I couldnt get past the receptionist. I felt she was cold and rude now Im very clear that she was ONLY a receptionist and couldnt answer medical questions but her attitude wasnt right.
