I cant believe I have to put a star in order to write a review when this place deserve ZERO. This is absolutely the worst dermatologist I have ever gone to, to ever sit on place in America and I will definitely be going elsewhere and I strongly recommend everyone does to before the go through the trouble I went to. I have been coming here for about 5-6 months and not one appointment ever caught me by surprise. Every single appointment that Ive gone to whether on time or 45 minutes before my appointment has always been a let down. I have to be at work so I make sure that my appointment is always at 9am. I will never make one for any later but in one case they decided to move my time for another so I had to reschedule which the next available appointment wasnt for another 2-3 weeks. I let that go. The rest of the other 8 appointments that I had, I made sure to always be there by 8:15-8:30 for my 9am appointment and I would be seen.... when the doctor decides to always 90% of the time come in 15-20 minutes late. Today was my last straw and Ill never ever even consider this sh*tty location. I came here at 8:30 for my 9am appointment and there were others there before me that were seen. And then there were people who came after me. So I sign in and wait from 9am its already 9:30 and they decide to call the two people that came after me LOL what a joke. I have to be at work thats why I came early so I can guarantee to be seen early enough to catch the train. I am furious!!!!

I had a biopsy performed in January and the doctor never called to give me the results of the test. I called once a month for 4 months to get the results and each time the receptionist told me no news is probably good news. Each time I requested to get confirmation from the doctor and I was told they would call me back at a later time. I was never called. I then received a letter in June saying that since I failed to schedule a follow-up appointment, the office was not responsible for any adverse outcomes. I immediately called the office and I was once again told by a receptionist that they probably would have called if the results were significant. She didnt look at my chart. She just made a possibly dangerous assumption. When I insisted on speaking with a doctor, I finally got through. My biopsy results were normal. They just wanted me to schedule an appointment to come in so that they could tell me absolutely nothing. I would have had to miss work and they would have billed me for a second visit for nothing. This was a money grab and I would not recommend this office.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Scheduled a new patient appointment a week in advance, took time off from work today and showed up promptly for a 1:15 appointment. They made sure to take my copay right upfront cash only then I sat in the waiting room for an hour. I was then brought to an exam room and told the doc would be right in. I was left alone there for another 40 minutes. Total waited 1 hour 40 minutes so decided to leave. I was told the doc is running behind with no explanation of when Id been seen on than "next". I got my copay back and walked out the door after loosing time and money at work. The office staff are nice but this was so unprofessional, no excuse for making a patient wait this long.

Horrible ! Ive been there twice, Im a private patient I went on Thursday and the doctor checked me out and prescribed antibotics and a lotion I paid $100, I took them on Friday and Saturday. I started to notice my face peeling and it was extremely dry so I called Monday and whomever picked up said for me to go in Tuesday I told them I couldnt I could only do Wednesday she said ok . I went in Wednesday and once again they tried to charge me for the visit $100 . Both times I went I paid $100 and all I received was a 5 minute talk with the doctor and antibotics .

I came in yesterday for the first time and it was a very nice experience. The ladies at the front desk were very attentive and there was hardly any wait. I was in and out within 45 minutes and that includes the time it took me to fill in my first time patient paperwork. Thanks to the previous review about the insurance card I was easily able to log into my account on my insurance website and print out a copy to provide to the doctors office to be prepared ahead of time. Thanks!

Just signed up for a new insurance plan and I dont have my ID card. The insurance company provided me with my ID and a phone number for the doctor to call and obtain proof of insurance. The staff at the doctors office were completely uninterested in calling and verifying my coverage and told me to re-schedule after I get my card... They said there was nothing they could do. There were at least 3 office workers doing nothing at that time :)

Ive been going to see Kristen PA for more than 1 year and each time I find Kristen very attentive and pleasant. I also enjoy short wait time and great front desk staff. Kristens recommended pharmacy is truly the BEST, not only do they deliver your prescriptions to your house, they also make sure you get every coupon that is out there to reduce your out of pocket cost.

I got a bad case of poison ivy, I spoke to the physician asst Lisa and she was very knowledgeable and attentive to my case. Answered all my questions and concerns. Prescribed me a medicated foam that took care of the really bad rash all over my body.

Easy to get an appointment, everyone is very nice. Havent met all PAs but like I Kristen very much! She is very gentle, helpful, with a good chair side manner!!
