I took my son over a week ago for a skin condition. Dr. Kurzman prescribed medicine. He handed us a business card for a pharmacy in Manhattan, that would fill the presciption. I called the doctors office back and informed the person on the phone I wanted the medicine called or electronically sent to the pharmacy of my choice (obviously a local one where all his scripts are). The person on the phone said that they would not call/electronically send it to the pharmacy of my choice. After some back and forth and a hold she said ok. It was sent to my pharmacy and the pharmacist called me and said Kurzman has to call the insurance company and receive an authorization number. The pharmacist said this is common now that the office calls the insurance company for an authorization number. I called back the office and the person on the other end of the phone (same person from before) said that they dont do it (they are to busy was what I was told). I explained that the pharmacist said that it is done all the time. I even called the Office of Medical Professional Discipline and they said that the doctor has to call. After back and forth and holding for a period of time I was informed that they would do it but it could take 2 weeks. It is now over a week and obviously the doctor couldnt care less about my sons (yes a minor) condition. Kurzman is all about making money and couldnt care less about the patient.

I recently went to Dr Kurzman for help with my aging skin. I have been very skeptical of treatments, however, after speaking with Dr. Kurzman and learning about alll the benefits Bellafill has to offer, I was very enthusiastic to receive my treatment. The Bellfill injections that the Doctor administered were very well worth it, the results are far better than anything I ever expected. I would highly recommend this treatment. Doctor Kurzman was very knowledgeable, gentle and professional. I highly recommend him and all of his office staff for any dermatological needs.

I Love Dr. Kurzman , I have been going to him for years. He is a phenomenal physician. His office is very very clean, and his staff members are very professional. I have never experienced a bad visit. When it comes to my skin the only doctor I trust is Dr. Kurzman.

The women at the front desk are the rudest people ever. They are condescending and you feel like like you bother them. They are just the worse. Not worth it save yourself the frustration with this people dont go.
