Provider is a nurse, NOT a physician, which she should make clear on her website as its very misleading as she has not attended medical school but is practicing medicines. Also her staff is very evasive when directly asked if she is a doctor. If you are considering going here, understand you are getting your medical care from a NURSE and not a board certified PHYSICIAN, for the same price!!

I dont understand - this provider is NOT a dermatologist. You have to be an MD (NOT DNP) and be residency trained in dermatology to be one!!! I dont understand how a nurse practitioner can say she is a dermatologist and NOT have any oversight from a doctor. COMPLETELY misleading. I wish I had known at the time when I called.

DNP = doctor of nursing practice. Beware that this is not someone who went to medical school to obtain an MD or DO (4 years), never completed a MEDICAL internship (1 year), and definitely did not go through MEDICAL residency (3 years) to become a dermatologist. Only a medical doctor can call themselves a dermatologist!

She is NOT a dermatologist. She is a NURSE! It is completely fraudulent that she masks her lack of education and experience, leading patients to believe she is a doctor. She is NOT a physician.... Please save your time and money and seek treatment from properly trained dermatologist aka PHYSICIAN.

Staff has always been very friendly and accommodating on scheduling appointments. Dr Flaks is very easy to talk to and explains all the conditions and treatments. I will definitely recommend Quality Dermatology.

Fraud ! This is not a dermatologist ( physician who went to medical school and specialized in dermatology ) but a nurse and is very misleading and evasive when asked about this.
