First visit my appt was 3pm and she didnt see me until 6:15pm. I was very tempted to walk out during this wait but I had already paid the $400 visit fee when I arrived so i waited. She spent one hour with me and went over a lot of detail. I did like her as a dr. She told me to discontinue most of the organic supplements I was already on and advised me to buy the supplements from her office. I spent about $500 for those supplements. Took a lot of blood and scheduled my next visit. 2nd visit my appt was 3:30pm. I paid my $400 fee and waited, and waited, and waited. I was supposed to babysit my nephews at 6pm and knew i would never make it so I had to find someone else to babysit them at the last minute. I waited until 5:15pm and was furious. I asked for a refund and I left. Having patients wait this long is very disrespectful to their time, and shows no common courtesy. Either schedule your patients longer apart so your not falling behind, or call them with plenty of time in advance to let them know their appt will be delayed or should be rescheduled. Im very disappointed. Also I received copies of my blood work online and had many levels out of range. No one from her office called me to consult with me about my blood work. Over the 2 times Ive been there, all 5 of her staff look absolutely miserable. No smiles & no friendliness. Its quite unfortunate b/c i really liked this dr :(

Dr. Sherman is very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve been her patient for almost 20 years. She’s been treating my parents for years and now my kids go to her as well. She truly cares about her patient’s health. She always spends a lot of time with me and asks all the right questions and listens to my concerns very carefully. I would highly recommend Dr. Sherman as the most caring, concerned, kind, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable physician. She is great at correctly diagnosing different cases. Her approach to treatment is ‘out of the box’ as she efficiently combines traditional and alternative treatments.

Long time patient, almost 10 years. Shes helped me many times, but looks like, finally, its all about the money. Its too bad, she was a very good physician. She tried to play "psychiatrist" with me, I followed her directions, and I wound up in the hospital. She didnt even care that her medical advice cost me a hospital bill, still a good amount after the insurance paid their portion. Also, this says nothing about her 2-3 hour wait times. If youre diabetic, bring some snacks. Is she a good physician for you? I dont know, youll have to make that decision for yourself.

I really liked Dr. Sherman and found her quite knowledgeable but she is always late coming in for appointments. Today I waited for an hour and left because she hadnt even arrived at the office yet and didnt call to give a reason why she was late. Her staff said that they couldnt contact her until the I was walking out and she was "at the bank". Her staff implied that the lateness is very common with her. My last appointment I waited for 1 hr and 20 minutes. I will be switching to another doctor for this reason.

I scheduled appointment to see her as a new patient for 2 p.m i arrived 10 minutes early. I waited in her office until 4:30 she still hadnt come in to see me... I got up to leave the receptionist said shes almost done it should be a few more minutes. I said no thank you Ive waited 2 1/2 hours to see her my time is just as valuable. Why schedule appointment for 2 p.m if the doctors not going to see me till 5? Its unacceptable to keep somebody waiting that long. I should send her a bill for my waisted time.

Woe; I was told that shes a good doctor. I am surprised of these reviews. Puts me in doubt now. I am a new patient. Thanks for sharing your review. I dont have the patience when doctors are late on their appointment. I walk away quickly. Thats terrible. Thanks,
