Ive been using Dr Augenstein since my wife forced me to start using a dentist or else she wouldnt have married me. Ive had nothing but bad experiences with Dentists growing up as a kid, therefore have avoided them for many years. 30 years later I am still using Dr Augenstein. Hes the only one I trust and has restored my fear of dentists from the start.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist! The front desk staff is so friendly and efficient. The professional staff is thorough with a gentle touch, always taking the time to explain all procedures. I make appointments for my lunch hour because I know the doctor values my time as much as his--I never have to wait more than five minutes.

Ive been visiting Dr. Jay Augenstein and his staff for many years. I travel from Bay Shore, but I would not go anywhere else. Everyone in this office is professional, respectful and caring. Its a very calm and organized office. One of my favorite places to visit and thats saying a lot about a dentist office!
