I heard that Family Dental was sold and is now corporate owned. This turns out to be true although Family Dental was initially reluctant to acknowledge this to me. For awhile, it did seem that this dental practice was becoming more focused on money than on patient care. Especially if you had dental insurance. Since all of these negative reviews were posted, however, Family Dental seems to be on their best behavior. Just goes to show you, patient reviews DO make an impact. Family Dental has certainly had a lot of bad publicity and clearly doesnt want any more negative feedback. Have they improved? Im not sure. So, if Kesselman or Gelbart recommend a procedure, do yourself a favor and get a second opinion. Ive had problems with Family Dental, my spouse has had problems with them, and others that Ive talked to have had problems with them too. Get a second opinion. This is definitely wise advice.

I just stumbled upon these reviews and am surprised at how different my experience could be from everyone else. Ive used Dr. Kesselman for years now and hes done efficient, fairly priced work for me. When something is not right, which is rare, he fixes it. For example, Im seeing him today because a crown that was made for me did not fit as well as he liked. I wouldnt have known the difference, but he did and he sent it back for a replacement. Ill continue to use him despite these other reviews.

Honestly doctor Neil kesselman is one of the best doctors Ive been seeing and Ive been threw 6 different dental cares him and the whole dental group are very nice and well respected he brought my smile back thanks kesselman !!!
