I read a review before that talks about not judging the exterior of the building.  Unfortunately the exterior of the building matches the service that you receive inside. I entered a decrepit building to climb what seemed like a million stairs to the 2nd floor. The space looks unsanitary and every room I went into looked ragged and old. After a wait of an hour and a half I was finally brought in to take an xray. Actually I was asked to sit on a  hard plastic chair in the xray room and asked to wait. Young lady who conducted it was quick and efficient. Then brought to another room to wait again.  Now Ive been here for approximately two hours. My appointment was to check whether or not I would be able to have an implant put in. After these two hours he puts a finger into my mouth and says yes you have enough gum for the survey... tells me that Im an ideal candidate and removes the gloves! He then asked me if I want to make another appointment? My answer is a resounding and absolute no. I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Ive been to other dentists who are much more quick and efficient. There isnt any respect for a patients time and this place is about quantity over quality/ making money.

They dont even deserve the one star that i gave them. The place is hot and horrible. First off, let me just say that i havent seen the dentist yet and Im ready to walk out. I had an 1130 appointment and its 1:06pm right now. The waiting area is packed with people apparently because they over booked. The receptionist is rude and i cant see why, being that shes sitting in an air conditioned office space while the waiting area is atleast 95 degrees, No a/c!!!! People asked the receptionist for tissue for the bathroom and never received it. Since weve arrived, only people with 1030 appointments have been called. The oral surgeon seems nice when she comes out to call people in for their visit so this one star is for her, but regardless of the care i receive here, if i ever get called, I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE AGAIN AND I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE!!

I never rate anywhere I go. Not a restaurant, not a doctors office but as I walk out of this place I have no choice. I should have actually looked up this place before scheduling a dental surgery. They gave me an appointment for 09:30am this morning, it is now 01:13pm and I still havent seen the dentist. Theyve basically overbooked patients and this seems to be a regular practice for this place. They stall you while the one dentist sees other patients. Its extremely unprofessional and vexing to have taken time off work and refused a job interview to come sit in some doctors office for 3 and half hours without getting the treatment. I just walked out.

When going to a professional place to be serviced, there is a universal level of expectation to be seen in a timely manner as well as to receive a reputable form of service regardless of your type of insurance. This establishment is overbooked, inconsiderate of the patients time, and lacking customer service when handling these unnecessary matters appropriately. It is unfortunate also that this tends to be an ongoing form of service for this location. I do not want to rate this location with a single star but in order to post it is a requirement, as well as I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau.
