Their was a female asian docter she is verey rude i think she hate her job i went march 4th 10:00pm she tried to tell me a lie but i already been there so i new she was lying so she dont have to help me. If u hate people then quit.they had me waiting for 4 hours n it was only 3 people there also the nurses are rude to your guest go to urgent care they have more respect and ull be seen once u walk in the door in 3 min. if i was dying i would never go to downstate i rather die

Downstate Hospital is a well organized and well functioning Hospital. The doctors at Downstate Hospital make sure they get to know you and connect with you as well as take care of your body. When I used to attend Downstate my doctors had stories of me since I was born and made sure that everything was ok with me as I grew up, they gave me life lessons and advice as well as Health lessons and advice. This Hospital is great for anyone that wants a good doctor.

The nurses here at least some of them seem to have problems at home they dont try to help patients at all i remember having a baby at another hospital I told them Im breast feeding and using formula for three days I was there I saw 1 bottle of milk any way thats not the problem for breakfast I had two boiled eggs and some scraps of bacon my plate looked like it was somebodys leftover this is such a disgrace not ever again am I going there for any reason

I had my son at downstate in 2013, I had a good experience with them but today was awesome the midwives are soooo nice they made sure I knew all the tests that was being done, they made sure they explained everything to me if I had any questions. I got to hear my baby heart beat and happy everything was ok, Im glad I choose them for my second child prenatal care!

Extremely hard to find parking. I have no problem with the hospital. Thats not their problem.. lets say you have a baby.. in my case, Im missing my daughters 2nd doctors appointment because Im in my car trying to find parking and I dont want to get a ticket.. so I gave up wasting gas trying to find parking and Im just waiting in my car.

This hospital sucks. They dont have any empathy toward their patients. No compassion. Theyre there to do a job and thats all. The nurses in the ER if you call them from your bed they will ignore you and truly pretend they dont hear you. Terrible place to go if you are sick.

Terrible....nurses and cna nasty attitude dont know about anywhere else but had to ve on the 7th floor with my patient and the attitude so these supposed to be "professionals" is absolutely disgusting!
