My experience was not satisfactory. Office failed to honor my schedule appointment because they demanded to copy my drivers license which is not required as per the New York State Official of Professional Conduct. I presented my medicare card and my Empire blue cross card for them to review and copy. I provided my drivers license and U.S.Federal Homeland Security Travel Card with my picture but because of secure reasons and the laws of New York Department of insurance it is not necessary for them to copy a drivers licence. Michelle the office manager was good enough to return my call and she apologized for unpleasant experience.

We have seen Lisa Sandler and Ann Lloyd, both of whom are kind, caring and funny! They take the time to go over your concerns. The front desk staff are efficient and knowledgeable. Today, we had an 11:30am appointment - we were seen immediately, and I was back to work by 12:15pm (this includes a stop at McDonalds). I have never spent 30 minutes to 1 hour waiting.

Love the doctors I see the people working at the desk are so nasty. If it wasnt for the doctors I would not be dealing with them. I wish I knew who was in charge of this unprofessional rude staff!!!!!
