Perhaps its becoming more prevalent in this day and age but I was on the phone with them trying to make an appointment when upon hearing of my health insurance plan, the 3 openings they had mysteriously disappeared. I asked how that was possible and the receptionist explained that other people had called in and made appointments. Apparently, in the span of 15 seconds, there had been a mad rush to make appointments... yeah, right... Dr. Egan was helpful when I did see him in the past but I will be finding a new doctor in the future. I dont think its too much to expect a modicum of ethical behavior/respect from a doctor and his staff. Good riddance.

I had suffered with red tearing eyes for almost a year. I had been to every kind of Dr one could think of, had my tear ducts opened, given several meds & finally an Allergy Dr reccomded me to Dr Eagan who quickly figured out I had a bad contact dermatitis & as soon as I eliminated the sources my eyes started to clear up! I give him 5 stars for being so smart

Dr. Egan is great. I got his name/number from a family member. I must say I was very surprised with the service. I went in for one issue and he had no problem giving me a full on checkup. Everyone is very nice.
