Bella Sandler was my primary care physician for over two years but I recently switched as her receptionist literally and without exaggeration assaulted me over a billing dispute. The dark-haired, 20-something Russian lady who works as Dr. Sandlers assistant refused to give me her name (I think its Anya Bodykova, but not sure) when I asked for it as I wanted to speak with Dr. Sandler about the unbelievably rude way I was treated. So when I took a picture of her to make sure I could show the doctor the correct person, this young lady lost her mind. She grabbed and crumpled the papers I was holding and tried to yank them out of my hand, then came from around the desk and physically pushed me to thedoor of the office. All over a silly misunderstanding of billing that didnt need to escalate. She then called me twice on my cell phone as I walked home saying she was going to report me to the police for sexual harassment. I said go ahead. I spoke with the doctor about the inexcusable physical touching today and, although she is very nice, I didnt get the impression she would discipline her receptionist at all as she made excuses about how the receptionist was "probably scared" and "has never done this before". So although I like Dr. Sandler (in spite of her being perpetually late in getting through her patients), I have been forced to switch providers as I dont want someone with such anger issues as her assistant privy to my private information. Perhaps its a culture thing but in the USA, count yourself lucky Im not suing that she laid hands on me.

If someone is looking for a primary care physician, Dr. Sandler is an excellent choice to consider. She is very knowledgeable, caring, considerate, and a passionate doctor. Dr. Sandler is extremely thorough and attentive. The office is very nice and the receptionists and medical assistants are friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I have had the great fortune to have Dr. Sandler as my doctor for many years. I have never been disappointed in the thoughtful care she has given me. She is knowledgeable and keeps up to date on all aspects of her practice. Dr. Sandlers front desk and receptionist does a wonderful job of scheduling appointments and running the office efficiently. Its a great place!
