I actually really like Dr. Kim and I really liked this location but Dr. Kim left due to her pregnancy. My daughter recently had a bad experience with Dr. Olga Grant when her grandmother took her to her dentist appointment. Mind you my daughter is an easy patient and never wiggled in her seat. She might have been a little uncomfortable during a previous procedure but Dr. Kim made sure she was comfortable as you would hope any pediatric doctor would do. During her visit with Grant, my daughter said "it hurts! It hurts! It hurts!" And she did not stop! She continued to work and then blamed my daughter that it was the wrong time of the day, and kids are better in the morning. Regardless of whatever excuses the doctor gave us, she SHOULD HAVE STOPPED IN THE PROCESS INSTEAD OF HURTING MY DAUGHTER. When I wrote a review on Facebook, the manager and receptionist, Margaret, called my mother and said due to the review we will NO LONGER TREAT YOUR DAUGHTER the "owner and doctor are upset." Mind you my daughter still needs two cavities fixed and a tooth pulled. A reputable organization and company that strives to cater to a child and practice pain free would apologize for causing trauma and find a solution instead of discontinuing what Dr. Grant had started. Unprofessional and she should NOT work with children! When you Google her name there is no information on this young inexperienced impatient dentist. I would NOT recommend her!

For years we have struggled to find someone to handle our little sugar loving monsters. I understand that some kids just arent able to be seen in an office environment and one of ours wasnt ready. Dr. Grant was superbly helpful in not only explaining this without making me feel like a bad parent, but guiding me into the right direction where things could be done safely and without creating life-long phobia. She made handling my other monster seem effortless, which I know wasnt easy based on what Ive been through just to get her a cleaning in the past. Perhaps most impressive is how she can take complex issues like dissolving enamel (?) and make them seem easy to understand; very intelligent. Highest recommendations for Dr. Olga Grant.

Love this office! I have five children, four of which needed to be seen. The front desk staff was very accommodating and gave me a 4 spot back to back appt-which many offices do not do. I had a tough little guy who insisted he was "not seeing the dentist and just coming along for the ride," but by the time we left he couldnt stop talking about his next appt! Dr. Grants patience never once wavered, even seeing my fourth in a row, she just calmly moved right along and talked them all through it-squirmy three year old included. My only wish is that I had found this office much sooner, I could have avoided several not-so-good experiences. I highly recommend this office and Dr. Grant!

Dr. Smith was absolutely amazing and incredible with my daughter who was terrified to go to the dentist- and had 7 cavities and also needed a crown! Dr. Smith was super sweet to Giulia and made her feel physically and emotionally comfortable and very special. She used laughing gas on her which helped her to relax so she could give her novocaine and work incredibly quickly to get things done well. I cannot thank Dr. Smith enough for being so good with my daughter! We are probably switching to her from Giulias regular non-pediatric dentist. She said Dr. Smith was "fun" and couldnt wait to go back:)

This is the first dentist office that we have liked since our insurance changed several years ago. We have been to several dentists through lower Westchester, but none of them gave us the service nor assurance as this office has. They even have an automatic system that reminds you that it is time for a check up and then you can immediately schedule it through their email system with a choice of dates. The staff are courteous and professional. We actually look forward to visiting the dentist again.
