Why do I feel so strongly about Bryan Lynd and ActivCore? 1- Bryan is who I used at Symmetry Physical Therapy (PT). He is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and really knows his stuff. He works out of Symmetry Physical Therapy in Pelham and is already talking about expanding to another location as he loves what he does and strongly believes in Activcore. This is the first ActivCore location in Westchester which is a newer modality that has been having tremendous success. I personally experienced it a few years ago down in Princeton, NJ as it helped me prevent what I thought was guaranteed surgery. Now, I will not even consider conventional PT. 2- I learned that Bryan has been trained by the best in the country on ActivCore. In fact, on Friday, March 31st that trainer (Tyler) worked side by side with Bryan at his location in Pelham. Thats the kind of organization I want to leverage. They truly care. I had folks working with me who have repeatedly worked with world class athletes at the NFL Combine, or NBA or NHL teams. Where are you going to find that! 3- Bryan came highly recommended to me from another PT who is a gifted physical therapist that I completely trust. Hes just not geographically realistic for me to visit with. I called him back to thank him for the introduction. Bryan was formerly in charge of PT at "Golf and Body" which is an exclusive club in NYC where membership is 6,000 dollars per month! That is where he was introduced to ActivCore. 4- One of the things that I love about how Activcore treats patients is they spend an hour with each patient, each session, one on one. Its not like other PT which may treat 2, 3 or even 4 people at the same time. In effect, with most conventional PTs youre out of there and lucky if you get 15 minutes in total with them. You get what you pay for. My insurance doesnt have them in network so I get reimbursed 70 percent per session. Each insurance policy is different but I hit my deductible and the pricing seemed fair to me. This is truly a case of you get what you pay for. 5- I had serious issues with both of my shoulders. My right shoulder was in serious pain for months and I finally did something about it. The pain disappeared after only a 4 or 5 sessions! 6- if you try them, I can honestly tell you that the number of stories of people that say no one has been able to help them but they are successful with Activcore, is endless. I am one of those patients and have heard the many stories. Its like finding religion, once you experience it, you wouldnt consider anything else. Its a game changer and will be well known as its starting to grow. PROOF of this is that I drove 40 minutes each way for my sessions when the PT place I used to use, is walking distance from my house!! What does that say about my experience with Activcore! You may be interested in knowing ActivCore is being used by the Andrews Institute which is owned by Dr. James Andrews who invented Tommy John surgery and is one of the most famous sports surgeons ever. Its also been the subject of 49+ Higher Ed research studies and all conclusions were that it is better than conventional PT. The Washington Capitals of the NHL are firm believers in it and they were by a wide margin, the least injured team in the NHL as they won their division last year. They attribute their success to their use of ActivCore! The Phoenix Suns and Los Angeles Dodgers are using it now and there is growing interest from other teams in Pro sports and the NCAA. I am an ongoing patient to this practice and I shall say my experience here has been the best. I appreciate the care and treatment I receive weekly. This is a place where continuous care goes on and they have an amazing staff. Youre always treated with the same respect and care from the minute you walk thru those doors. I really want to say thank you to all the staff for taking good care of me every time I go. I highly would recommend this place to anyone!

I have been going to Symmertry for years. I was hit by a car that was the beginning of my Symmertry, my tibia was crushed, the therapist worked very hard to get me walking again. I cant find enough words to tell you how awesome the staff is from the front desk to the workroom. Fast forward Im at Symmery again for my total knee replacement therapy and once again they get 10 stars..

I am scheduled for one hour 3 times a week for my shoulder bit they make me do all i need and usually stay for about 2 hours. Nice to do pt with nice people
