I dont even want to give this place a single star, staff members are pathetic. I went in just for regular visit with the appt, front desk told me if Im late they not gonna tk me, i was 5 minutes early and the time i check in there were 6 patients ahead of me. I dont mind waiting few minutes but 1 1/2 hr come on. I only have one day off cant spend 2 hrs just to see her sorry!!! Staff members are so cold and pathetic and when I complain ab this with Dr Wiqas she said she cant do anything ab it. Theres so many other Drs in Queens who care about their patients and value their time. Not going to see this dr again

Made my pregnent wife wait for more than 40mins for a TDAP prescription...even with an appointment..Then they called and asked if she was here for physical, wen she told it was for vaccination...de gave prescription & wen v got da vaccine from da pharmacy...jus to administer da shot...they said we have to pay 270$ , in fact the insurance said the vaccine is covered 100% and no copay needed even...they collected copay anywaz... Go to this doctor only if you enjoy waiting in doctors office for hrs

I looked forward to seeing this doctor but the staff at the desk is ridiculous they tried to tell me that I had a 35 dollar copay when in all reality I didnt .. I called my insurance company and they said that was false dont let these people rob you

worst service ever doctor is never there and they do not honor appointment times. expect to wait up to an hour and a half to be seen
