So I go in to make an appointment, and the lady says they can see me today. I say ok wait a few minutes. When I go in the Dentist verifies the price of cleaning, which should have raised alarms (anytime any doctor starts talking money with the patient, always be alert!) and I said, "yes, the receptionist said $80." So he looks at my teeth with the pick, and starts pointing out the cavities that I need fill and if I wanted them done today, it would be an extra charge. I said "no" then he said ok make an appt. for next week. He was basically selling services, asking me for an Xray to find more cavities, and he repeated his request a few times "How many filling are we doing today?" The whole "cleaning" lasted 5 minutes. All he did was brush my teeth with the spinning thing and made me spit. Paid $80, left, certainly not going back. if I could report this Dr. Ash, I would.

It was my 4 year olds first time & he was terrified. When we got there, he was seen by Dr. Donna...she was amazing! She joked with him and made him understand every step and explained to him exactly what she was doing it...she even allowed him to check out the equipment and answered all of his questions. Now he looks forward to going back..Ive recommended that several of.my friends take their children to Dr. Donna and they love her as well.

Terrible to their patients waited days for a prescription for antibiotics since of course they wont do anything but look inside you mouth till they hear from the insurance company. Called everyday got the run around told dentist would call it in but never actually did it. After three days sitting with an infection and no prescription . Would not use this place again.

Wish i could give zero star. Had a terrible toothache and went to this place.. There was a female dentist who cared more about going home...told her i was in so much pain, her solution was to give me a quick cleaning and told me come back another day...

Went for a cleaning, it was the worst cleaning job ever and the densitst is a young girl who is in a rush. When I review my insurance, they over charged me. They are all about the money and dont care about the patient.
