Finding Dr. Igor Ilyabayev has been a blessing to me! He is extremely professional, gentle, and a pleasant individual. He and his staff have helped me to overcome my fears of dental work. Prior to Dr. Ilyabayev my experience with dentists was horrible, I even feared the word dentist. At my initial visit he calmed me, reassured me, and took the time to make sure I was able to understand that he would do everything he could to make me comfortable and get through the work that I needed. He talks with me prior to any work and explains each step of what he will be doing. Thats huge to me as I never had clear explanations before, just brief "this has to be done" talks. His office and staff are also wonderful, and they work with me on flexible scheduling and quick appointments. Thanks to him Ive made it through most of the work I need done and I know that with him Ill get my teeth back to the healthiest they can be. I cant thank you enough Dr. Ilyabayev

This is hands down my new dentist for sure Dr. Igor Ilyabayev extracted my molar and inserted an implant. I did a lot of research before choosing him, and actually been to two other Dentists before and couldnt say they were as professional as him, he takes the time to explain every procedure very well. Out of all three Dentists I have been to, he impressed me the most with his knowledge and expertise. I have gotten work done to my teeth like an implant, root canals, etc. -the implant made me nervous about having it done right. VERY nervous, because Im afraid of dentists, but everything went so smoothly. It is all over now and Im very happy with the result this is why I am actually taking the time to highly recommend Central Avenue Dental , Dentist Igor Ilyabayev DDS , best of luck to you all , Im very satisfied with his work.

My name is George Tevzadze. I am a new patient of Dr.llyabayev. From the start, he was very positive and I had an excellent feeling about him. Firstly, the office is very nice and clean. The entire staff is very friendly. I didnt even need to wait when I got there. Regarding the doctor, he was very professional and I am very satisfied with the visit. I had a filling done during my last visit and he was very professional and he was very diligent, confident and everything was done to his best ability. I didnt even feel any pain during the procedure. It is shocking that a man his age works so professionally. I have been to multiple dentists but he is definitely one of the best! I highly recommend him for anyone looking for an excellent and wonderful dentist. I even told my wife and she is going to schedule an appointment.

Dr. Ilyabayev is by far the best doctor I have gone to. He is extraordinarily compassionate and patient. He frequently explains procedures before and while doing them, helping ease my anxieties about the menacing looking drills going into my mouth. There is rarely a wait time; the staff members are very friendly; and the facilities are always clean and tidy. Ive come here several times for cleanings, fillings, and root canals. If I remain in pain afterwards, or have any follow-up questions, Dr. Ilyabayev is willing to talk me through my concerns over the phone off hours. I hope to never have to change my dentist and have recommended him to both of my parents. You cant go wrong with Central Ave Dental.

My experience at Central Avenue Dental located in Valley Stream was okay. I had dental work done on my upper and lower teeth on October 20, 2015 and after a day I started to experience pain. My first 3 attempts to get in contact with the dentist was unsuccessful and I started to get frustrated. Finally my message was forwarded to the Dentist by the office assistance and he reach out to me right away to help resolve the pain. He provided me with a better form of contact to reach him, which is by email and had me visit the office to correct any problems that might have occur during the initial visit. He truly cares for his Client and I do recommend this Dentist.

I have good experience every time I go to that office. I can say that it is not so easy to find a doctor whom you can trust. But I am lucky cause now I have a great dentist. The doctor is very professional and attentive. He takes his time to explain the procedure and answer your questions. Dr.Igor makes your visits painless and pleasant. The office itself is welcoming and super clean! Staff is friendly and helpful. And also one of the biggest pluses is no waiting time!!! For me personally it is very important. I highly recommend this office.

Central Dental has been the most positive dental experience I have had in my whole life so far (I am 50)! I have been with them for two years now and they impress me every time. The entire staff are always courteous and very helpful. The Doctors explain every thing they are about to do to you as well as offer advice as to better take care of your teeth. Amanda the dental hygienist is very sweet and cleans your teeth perfectly. The visit never feels rushed. This is one of the cleanest dental offices I have ever seen! AAA+

Dr. Igor is the dentist Ive been looking for, in the last 20 years, I moved from one dentist to another, and finally, for the last year and a half, Id see no other dentist. Hes calm, professional, and highly analytical. Explains the steps clearly and does not take any shortcuts. I waited a whole year since I got the last "real" procedure done (a crown) to make sure Im not making a mistake, and I affirm that hes really the best out there and worth the 20 mile drive. Look no further :o)

Personally the dentist was very rough with my cleaning. Its as if she didnt care that it hurt been to another dentist after and I can tell the experience was nothing like this one. If it were my first time going to the dentist, central dentist would have made my experience a fearful one. My family member had the same rough experience and neither one of us decided to return. If I could give it a 0 rating I would.
