Called 40 minutes before coming in. Petsmart people gave me the vets number which happened to be a disconnected number. Got there and the I see the nurse walking out at 4:00pm to hear "sorry no one can see your dog, you should have called". No need to say I will NEVER go to Banfield Pet Hospital again. They were rude, non professional, and careless. Very bad experience.

Staff are good people! The doctors are great! No complaints about them or the service. I was completely happy with my experience. I will go back for my next pet. They are opens on weekends too.
