Dr. Oyler was not personable, barely looked at my skin before determining a diagnosis, didnt ask any questions, and was formulating responses to questions I had not fully finished asking. I felt rushed, unimportant, and confused by the end of my appointment. She even prescribed a cream in which I would have to order online and told me it would only take 1-2 days, which was not the case, when I called they told me it would take a week to be delivered. I would not recommend her to anyone searching for a good dermatologist.

Have been a patient for years and recently needed a prior authorization done for approval by my insurance company for a medication. The office charged me $20 because of the "extra paperwork" load. This is ridiculous. Any practice that does not consider this part of managing their patients is not providing a valuable service. Completely unacceptable. Next thing you know theyll charge extra for the paper gowns.

I went for issue with hair loss. I am loosing hair like crazy. Dr Oyler came by, looked at the scalp and said. Its normal. explained some theory which I can find by searching on net in 1 minute, and thats it.. I am still loosing hair evey day...He may be good for other issues but definetly not for hair loss or hair thinning. He should have recommended any test and looked at reports...Avoid him..

Waited a very long time for two minutes with the Dr. I had to actively ask, how long will I see results, are there side effects, how often should I come back? (regarding the treatment I was going in for). He also has a very backwards image of facial care. Only believes in soap, washing face just once a day, and not using creams or serums. Not worth your time to go here.

I have been treated and have moles removed by the both doctors. My wife and my son are patients too.Services are excellent! Just because we are going to the natural process of ageing, or because the doctor did not "chat" long enough with you, that does not mean they are not good.I strongly recommend them!!!

I went in for a skin cancer screening. I waited 45 minutes and the screening was a joke. Dr. Oyler spent a total of 30 seconds looking at me and then literally RAN out of the room to the next patient. She was not thorough and did not take the exam seriously.
