For my first appointment I arrived 15 minutes early as requested to fill out paper work. The paper work took only 5 minutes and upon returning it to the desk, I asked and was told that the Doctor was running on-time. I was not taken back to an exam room until 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I then waited in the exam room for 30 minutes for the Doctor. I should have just left without being seen. The ironic thing is that for as long as I waited, the Doctor must have been trying to make up for the wait because she must have only been in the room for 5 minutes. Summary is that I had to wait too long for a drive-by encounter with the Doctor.

Horrible front staff, Vert rude and very proud not sure for what, wait time is so long when asked how much more time answer was do you want to reschedule ??? after taking my payment. Doctor Brooks is nice however, so in 2 minds wether to return back to this practice.
