Looks like the office still doesnt have it together. This story is my latest experience, but is not the first time this has happened to me. I came in for a 920AM appointment this past Monday. I thought that because it was early in the morning that they would still be on schedule. Wrong. I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes. Zero communication as to why or when I can expect to be seen. I went up to the desk to let them know that Ive been waiting for 30 minutes and could no longer wait. I received a look of shock. Not in that Id been waiting 30 minutes but because I was no longer willing to wait. Now it takes me 35 minutes to drive to this office (this obliviously is my choice). So at this point Ive invested over an hour and a half to not be seen. Staff asks if Id like to reschedule. Sure. I reschedule for the following Monday at 915AM. I call today to cancel this appointment due to last minute travel for work. They tell me that theyre showing that I had already cancelled the appointment. What?! So if I had not called to cancel, I would have showed up Monday morning for an appointment that didnt exist? Potentially another hour plus wasted in drive time to again NOT BE SEEN. The doctor is great. The office far from. They are inconsiderate and inefficient. If youve got all day, flexible, and nothing better to do... this is your office. If you dont, steer clear. Note to the doctors: You all have been wonderful. The office staff is going to destroy your reputation and business. The quality of your care is tarnished by their lack of service and efficiency

First visit a week or so ago was fine. The doctor had said to call if I had a problem as insurance requires this medication to be tried first and then she could prescribe another. Well the medication is giving me a rash and today was so bad I felt like itching my face off! Called early this a.m. but my doctor was not in. They tried to see if her assistant could take the call but I was told they werent answering the phone. They would leave a message but they may not call back today was the response. That was the truth. No call back. Apparently doctors there do not cover for each other even in emergencies and assistants dont have to return calls either. Too irresponsible of a practice for me. Now I have to go to urgent care

Im never going back if I can possibly help it. They charged me at my appointment, which confused me because Im on a HSA plan rather than a PPO, so they couldnt know how much the correct fee would be, but I paid them. When I got my EoB, I realized that theyd charged me more than 6x what they were allowed to charge me. They have repeatedly jerked me around on getting my refund. I still dont have my money.

I have been waiting for 40 minutes to be seen by the doctor. The office is very nice but too cold for people who have to wait with a paper outfit on for 20 minutes.
