Been to this practice twice now and not impressed. Seen by Julie Dodge and shes always in a hurry and barely explains anything in depth unless you ask a bunch of questions. You receive no paperwork when you check out explaining what was done and their patient portal is not accessible unless you have a providerID. No one answers the phone when you call and you have to play phone tag to get an appointment. Just not impressed at all with this practice. No wonder I could get an appt quickly with them and Duke Dermatology was booked 5-6 months out.

I really like Dr. Hamilton. She was culture friendly and provided education on my skin and scalp. I cant complain at all about how helpful she is and how she resolved my condition. However, the wait time is beyond acceptable. I waited 30 minutes before being called into the exam room and waited another 15 minutes before being seen. Scheduling needs to be revised.........

My family of 5 saw Dr. Hamilton for years. Over the last couple of years, she became increasingly irritable and unwelcoming. Our experience with her overall effectiveness with resolving dermatological issues is poor. Would not recommend. Not sure about her partners.
