I was really surprised to see the negative reviews here, and felt compelled to leave my own review because Ive had such a very different experience with Dr Larkin and her staff. My husband has been a patient of Dr Larkin for over 10 years. Although hes young, he has several health issues due to a congenital heart defect. Dr Larkin is smart, thorough, and caring. She has picked up on issues that other doctors have missed. She ordered tests that other doctors probably should have ordered, but overlooked. When my husband was in the ICU, she set up an email correspondence with his cardiologist and other doctors on his team to ensure everyone was on the same page regarding his care. This was instrumental in his recovery. During one of his hospital stays, I had concerns about a medication that a hospital dr was giving him. It was after hours and I didnt know who else to ask, so I texted her and she responded immediately, answering all my questions and confirming my concerns. To put it bluntly, shes the best doctor Ive ever met, and I can say with no exaggeration that her knowledge and attention to detail saved my husbands life. As far as her staff, I cant say enough good things about them. Through the years weve dealt with nearly everyone in their office, and have never had a bad experience. With my husbands extensive, and sometimes life-threatening medical history, we would never entrust his care with a doctor or staff who we felt were subpar. Dr Larkin and associates have my highest and most sincere recommendation to anyone looking for a fantastic practice.

This practice is HORRIBLE!! They do not care at all about quality of care or patient privacy unless they make a large amount of money off of you!!! First of all, if they arent making lots of money off of you then you can expect to be treated like you dont deserve their time! They will not give you quality care unless your insurance gives them BIG BUCKS. This is so disgusting and sadly very true. EVEN WORSE, THEY HAVE NO RESPECT FOR PRIVACY!!!They will share your personal information with every staff member including DAWN at the front desk who will talk about your most personal problems (that are none of her business) while on phone with you so that the whole waiting room can hear about your issues!!! They will use any skeletons in your closet to limit the quality of care you get as a patient and make you feel like you dont deserve their respect!! BOTTOM LINE: You MUST have good health insurance to make them treat you how they are SUPPOSED to treat every patient!! This office should ONLY be a LAST RESORT!!!! Since I left there in 2009 I have found so many better practices in Cincinnati and will NEVER go back there!!! -FORMER patient

There IS a one time fee, but is well-explained and pays for itself with one physical, as it covers sending and office fees not covered by insurance for lab work and etc. The doctor was very thorough, gave me the time needed and was very caring. My whole family has had similar excellent experiences with this group. They are all very professional, caring and responsive, as is the staff. I noticed some of the reviews in this section are NOT for one of the doctors in this group.

I didnt understand why they made me pay an annual fee to process insurance claims, as they did not accept Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield. Made me feel awful for having that insurance. I think they have an aggressive "business model" as opposed to a good medical practice. The lobby is almost always empty these days....feels like they may be going out of business.

This whole practice has only one interest and that is money. Everything in this group is dedicated to profit. Should be a cosmetic surgery cash only practice. When you see a group like this you wish for days when family physicians were actually interested in patient and not profit. Dont pay the boutique fee go elsewhere.

Anna Fox saved my life!! I had passed my EKG and Treadmill Stress Test. She ordered up a Calcium Scan, which Id never heard of, those findings lead to an angiogram which lead to finding 3 blocked arteries. Now Im recovering from a triple bypass instead of falling over dead somewhere! Thank you Anna Fox!!

Dr. Larkin and her staff are amazing. They have a wonderful practice that is geared toward your health overall. I have learned so many ways to improve my health. Dr. Larkins care has changed my life. The practice is innovative and dedicated to its patients. I highly recommend this practice.
