I dont know what to think about this place. This dentist is running Google Ads and is found under keywords like "Emergency Dentist" and "Emergency Dental Work" and because I live nearby and had an emergency, I call. Receptionist sounds like an airhead and talked over me several times. She tells me they are only open until 4pm. I explain that I have their website pulled up and it says they are open from 8am - 5pm. She doesnt have a reply. I tell her I have a dental emergency and found them online and the ad says "AFTER HOURS CARE". Again...she didnt have anything to really say other than when patients have an emergency they are scheduled during normal hours. I said that on their website it says "Why Choose Us? Emergency Appointments" and "We offer emergency dentistry services to address dental issues that simply cant wait." I dont know if this guy is just trying to get more business posting crap like this to boost his search rankings or what, but I dont like being LIED to. If you have a dental emergency, the last thing you wanna do is WASTE time by calling up dentists who arent even open past 4pm!

He pushes root canals knowing you cant afford the crowns. The root canaled teeth ended up being pulled anyway. The crown that I could pay for has to be removed because the root canal failed. His assistant tried to remove a real tooth when she was supposed to remove a temperary crown. She was actually yanking on the wrong tooth on the wrong side of the mouth! All the work he did on my teeth and my childs teeth had to be redone by another dentist. Poor quality and dishonest!

Most people dread going to the dentist, but they wouldnt if their dentist was Dr. Nicolette. He and his staff make my dental appointments a breeze. They are all professional and friendly and make sure my dental health is their priority. Over the years Ive had a variety of procedures- fillings, crowns, bridges, even an extraction. All were provided at the highest level of care. Give Dr. Nicolette and his staff a try. You wont be sorry!

This was my first time going to Dr. Nicolette and his staff and it will not be my last. They did an excellent job, answered all my questions and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Nicolette even called me at 9:30 PM that night to make sure I was doing okay. I will be going back for all my dental needs. I highly recommend Dr. Nicolette and his wonderful staff.

My wife and I greatly appreciate Dr. Nicolette and his office. They are always professional, as well as always caring and enjoyable. We like going to his office and practice. Not only that, they are always on time, and have been able to squeeze us in on a couple of more emergency occasions. I recommend Dr. Nicolette and his office--fully!

Had my consultation with Dr. Nicolette regarding my dentures. He spoke with me before looking in my mouth. He listened to my concerns and, after his exam and xrays taken, gave me the facts and what could be done. I am scheduling my next visit with his office.
