They did not take my reactions seriously when I flinched because I could still feel the root canal they were doing. Tears were streaming down the sides of my face - enough to get my hair pretty wet - before they finally tried to numb me a bit more. I did not go back to get the crown; I went to another dentist. While they did allow me to make payments for the services they did for what my insurance required me to pay, they apparently pursued legal action against me without notification for the remainder of the debt. I visited their office twice to pay and was told there was no balance due. I even received an invoice showing zero balance for the work they did. However, they still garnished money from me without notice for a debt I did not owe.

My 9 year old daughter had a dental emergency and was experiencing a lot of pain, the team at PGS made every accomodation for us for her to be seen right away. Including follow up phone calls and texts to check on her. Dr Slanec made her feel comfortable and she experienced NO pain during her procedure. Hands down, the best customer service I have ever experienced from a dentistry team!

Nicole, one of the hygienists is awesome & always makes sure to ask how my son is (even remembers his name). And Dr. Slanec is an amazing dentist; very genuine, friendly, & laid back. PGS is the most professional, friendly, beautifully arranged office/clinic I have ever experienced. My hygienist was Joanna and she informed me of everything I would experience and was so nice and friendly. I think they all take Happy Pleasing pills when they arrive at the office! Love PGS and Staff! You wont regret being a patient of PGS!
