i been there for 5 cavity fillings in my left side.. the the doc and some of the nurses wear good , but i had very bad experience with the one who work at the front desk i think her name is sherri lewis she and one of the dental assistant didnt tell me the right cost of my left side treatment plan ..she let me do teeth cleaning which my insurance will not pay it with me !!!!!! and because the insurance didnt pay it they send the bill to my address which was the wrong address.. and i didnt have any idea that i have pay them!!!!!!! i call them after 4 or 5 month to do the rest of the treatment plan they already diagnosed for my right side (6 cavity filling) and they told me your treatment plan will cost 700$ also u have to pay almost 300$ from last time bill before u make new appointment !!!!! and actually we send that bill to the collection because we was waiting for long time !!! and i was like whaaaaaaaaaaaaat ?i didnt get any mails from you guys !!! and why you didnt call me if this happened and i didnt response ? why u send it to the collection ? why you let me do treatment u know my insurance will not pay it ? why u just want take my money and do services without telling me the insurance will not pay it and its out of pocket ? like they was so nice until i pay the money .. then the front desk lady Sherri was soooo mean and kind of resist because i have accent .. i didnt like it at all .. and im not recommending it at all especially if you dont know what need to be done .. plus there price is high because i went to another dental clinic and they did 6 cavity fillings and cleaning for 300$ and murray hill dental said u have to pay 700$ out of pocket !!!!!

I chose this dentistry because it was close to my home. That was a mistake. Ive been twice and both times I left feeling rushed through and frankly man handled. One woman while cleaning my teeth was digging in rather hard and when i voiced my discomfort she basicly told me to tough it out or come back later for them to numb it (at a extra fee). I then came back for 5 cavity fillings and left in under a hour. I dont feel like they took any care with my mouth. I also was mostly served my assistants, I only had the doctor come in to drill then left. Its been 2 weeks since then and now I have so much tooth pain I have to go back in for them to fix my fillings! Honestly find a dentist that will take time to hear your concerns and fix them. This is not the place.

The Murray Hill Dental office in Lincoln Village is very nice and modern. The staff, my technician and my dentist are super friendly and explained everything they were doing in clear, understandable language. My first visit was for an evaluation and cleaning which went very well. They are really thorough and take lots of xrays and photos. My second visit was the following week for a crown. It was a long appointment but its so great that it was all done the same day with their high tech system! I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Our family has been going to Murray Hill Dental for 2 years. This choice was one of our very best! Dr. Brown is awesome, and her staff is equally amazing. The office is state of the art, and designed for patient service and comfort. Theres never a doubt about the treatment plan. Questions are always answered fully and honestly. There is no pressure to "buy" unnecessay or unwanted treatment options. Dr. Brown and her staff are fantastic with all age groups from children through senior citizens. You WILL NOT find a better dental practice.

I switched to Murray Hill after a bad experience with a different famous dentist in town. This is the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist. The office is modern and clean, everyone is friendly, and the prices are affordable. I just got a crown and a couple fillings, one of which was not scheduled but noticed during the crown, and it was totally pain free and a great experience. Im a big baby about the dentist but everyone involved set me at ease. And the paraffin hand treatment was a fun bonus. Highly recommend!

I love this dentist office. I bring my 7 year old daughter here for all her dental needs. The staff is very nice and extremely great with kids. The waiting area is a nice environment, its clean and relaxing. They also offer free beverages while you wait. Im very pleased with this office and my daughter loves getting her coin for the prize machine at the end of every visit. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone needing dental work.

They are very thorough with the treatment plans. Everyone explains in detail any issues that need to be taken care of. Scheduling for a follow up is always quick. No waiting for weeks or months! Such a great place! My dental hygienist, Jessica, was SO nice and personable. I was terrified having not been to the dentist in years but the staff made me fell so calm and comfortable. I am happy to report that all issues have been resolved and I am now hearing those magical words, "Ill see you in six months." The staff is caring and considerate and make every effort to stay abreast of current technology and best practices.

The technology that they offer is top notch and provides an efficient and thoughtful visit. Dr. Brown was not only adorable but informative and helpful in her diagnosis and helped me feel relaxed. Sam is always friendly, knows your name and offers refreshments. Brandi is gentle, friendly, quick and great at her job. Dr Brown and Dr Wenger are awesome. They are efficient and considerate with getting you in and out. All processes, costs and treatment options are always explained to me and all questions are answered. I highly recommend this office!

The Staff at Murray Hill dental are very professional and friendly, the atmosphere at office is welcoming and clean. Very little wait time for appt. and what you hear are people talking and laughing, to me this is very relaxing and calming. I would urge my friends and family to visit without any hesitation.
