Dr. Jordan and her staff were outstanding. I found Dr. Jordan through Mount Carmel Easts Lactation Specialist. The specialist found that my newborn son was lip tied. We had great difficulty with feedings. I was very reluctant to get his lip tie taken care of but my heart knew it had to be done for my sons quality of life. As soon as I called all my reluctancy went away. Her secretary was so sweet, calm and knowledgable. She immediately was a sign to me that this was the right place for my son to get his lip tie taken care of. We live an hour away and they were very accommodating to making sure we had a time and date that works for us. They saw us within 3 days of calling rather than some Dentists who have up to a 2 week wait. Walking into the office you immediately feel a family atmosphere. They were all very happy to be there and very welcoming. The office is clean and cozy. Dr. Jordan was informative and knowledgable. You get a sense that you have known her for a long time like a friend. She found that my son has a tongue tie also. After meeting with Dr. Jordan, my husband and I decided to get both his lip and tongue tie taken care of. She immediately did the procedure there that day in her office and it took 2 minutes! My son is doing well and we are so pleased with Dr. Jordan and her office. I highly recommend her and her staff to anyone who is looking for a Dentist or looking to have a lip and tongue tie procedure done.

I cant gush enough about what a great experience we had today. First of all the entire staff was amazing. We met Dr. Jordan and she was everything I could ever hope for. She was so warm and so friendly, very reassuring and knowledgable. I am 9 months pregnant with my 3rd baby and I just found out about tongue and lip ties, thats when I realized my 2 kids both have them and my 2 year old daughter had a pretty bad upper lip tie. It was starting to bother her and make brushing her teeth hard. So I made the appointment to get it checked out and revised. I am so glad we did. My daughter was scared and she cried, I had to hold her at a weird angle because Im so pregnant and they did a great job calming her down, helping me hold her, and getting the job done as quickly and painlessly as possible. After it was all over they showered her with prizes. She was so excited, she forgot all about the whole ordeal. She even gave Dr Jordan a hug. We are definitely going back to get my sons tongue tie fixed and eventually we will get my daughters done too. We will also be going back if this new baby has any ties as well. I was so impressed with everything and everyone. You couldnt ask for a better experience.

Dr. Jordan is amazing! I brought my 15 day old son into her for his lip and tongue-tie and she was wonderful to us. I was so nervous but she did an amazing job explaining everything to me which helped so much. The procedure took only a few minutes then she brought us back to her office so I could nurse him in a quite calm environment where she made sure he was latching well and spent some one on one time with us. I noticed an immediate difference with less pain and a much better latch than just moments before the procedure. I am so very pleased with this experience. As a mother to a previously tongue tied baby herself, she is a very loving and compassionate person. I would recommend her to Anyone who is dealing with this issue above any other specialist I have spoken to and I called Several! Thank you Jill Davis for the recommendation and thank you Dr. Jordan for your wonderful expertise and compassion!

Dr. Jordan is the best. I brought my youngest daughter here for the lip and tongue tie revision procedure. Dr. Jordan examined her and answered any questions i had. Normally im a very emotionally mother when my children cry but they made me feel so comfortable that i knew she was in good hands. The procedure was so quick, it was over before i knew it. After, my daughter was able to breastfed. Dr. Jordan took us back to her private office to nurse. I noticed an difference in my daughters feeding immediately. It was worth the drive of 35 minutes. I will be making an appointment to bring my oldest child back to use dr. jordan as her dentist. I have never felt more comfortable in a dentist office. I absolutely love this practice.

My husband and I traveled from WV to bring our 10 week old daughter to see Dr. Jordan for revision of her tongue and lip tie. When we got lost on the way to the office, I called and Dr. Jordan and her staff were nice enough to rearrange the patient schedule so we could still be seen that day. Dr. Jordan was amazing with our daughter and took the time with us to explain step by step what would happen and what to expect. She was very reassuring and comforting to both my husband and I, as well as to our daughter. Dr. Jordan and her staff truly care about their patients. Dr. Jordan is a very genuine, caring person, and being a mother herself, it was very easy for me to relate to her. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

What an awesome place! There is no words to express that would do these wonderful people justice. Kind and Caring. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. They make you feel like your a family. Dr. Jordan is an amazing woman and denist. She loves her job and the people she meets that come see her. Ive been a patient of hers since she opened her doors in Delaware I would not go anywhere else as long as shes here. I truely do not like going to the denist but Dr. Jordan has a way of making you feel theres nothing to fear. I love them and wouldnt change a thing. Best thing to open their doors in Delaware.

I cannot say enough about our positive experience with Dr. Jordans and her staff. We called on a Monday and were able to get right in to have our newborns lip and tongue tie evaluated. It had been a long first few day. The staff was extremely helpful with dealing with our insurance and very welcoming during our visit. Dr. Jordan was great and knowledgeable in the subject of lip and tongue ties. After the corrections she contacted us checking on our sons progress.I would highly recommend her office.

Dr. Jordan and her staff were incredibly helpful today. We brought our 4 week old in to have lip/tongue tie consultation. They made us feel so comfortable with all of the information they provided and the questions we asked. It was wonderful dealing with a doctor who had the expertise of a doctor and of a breastfeeding mom. We couldnt be more please with the service we were provided today. They all went above and beyond to ensure that our expectations were exceeded.

Everyone at Dr. Jordans office was so welcoming and kind ! I Had to take my 3 week old baby to get a tongue and lip tie procedure and I was a mess about it, Dr. Jordan made me feel completely comfortable about what would be done and was so encouraging about my struggles I had been having nursing him.
