Friendly staff. Friendly doctors. However the prices for services are outrageous! They offer and advertise "payment options " however you must qualify for financing through a third party. If you dont qualify for financing have fun paying the bill. For instance. Anesthesia for oral surgery is $226.00 for every 15 minutes that anesthesia is used. To extract an impacted wisdom tooth is $522.00. If you dont have a good insurance you have to be rich. And if you arent rich and dont have insurance Aspen Dental is not the place for you; unless you qualify for third party financing and have a credit score higher than 730.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Aspen Dental! I went there for a cleaning and whitening and my expectations were far exceeded. Dr. Kunduru and his staff made me feel very welcome. I might even go as far as to say that he is the best dentist Ive ever been too. Granted, I might be a bit biased since I am related to him. But even if I wasnt, the procedure was painless, there was no wait, and best of all, the doctor and his staff had a great sense of humor! #pearlywhites #willbegoingback

Would just like to say what a great job Stephany and Laura do at Aspen Dental in Marion Oh office. There compassion and knowledge of there job is evident. They made a not so good experience very comfortable and guided us through process of getting dentures for my husband. Such excellent customer service is very rare these days. The entire staff are all very caring. Would recommend to everyone. Thanks so much!

I had a great experience! The entire staff from the start of walking in and speaking with the friendly receptionists to the dental assistants and dentist being very understanding and nice. I was nervous to have my issues fixed but they made me feel so calm about everything. I had 1 wisdom tooth and 2 molars extracted by the oral surgeon, it was so quick and I healed in such a fast time!

I came in after having a very bad experience with there competitor Bryan showed me the difference showed me the Aspen Dental way. From Jamie being efficient and courteous on the x-rays . to Dr. Rhodes and Kirsten explaining everything the way i can understand. I really appreciate everything they did and are going to do. Very professional staff everyone was very kind and treated me like I was a top priority. The dentist was very gentle with my exam as was the technician who took my x-rays. The office manager sat us down and did a comprehensive overview of my care plan and the costs involved. I look forward to my next appointment and cant wait to get my smile and self confidence back!!

This was my very first visit to Aspen Dental. I have no complaints. Everyone was super nice and understanding. I had Brian as my Hygienist that day. He is just fantastic! I hope to have him next time. He did everything in his power to make it the least painful experience as possible and I appreciate that! I will be returning for more appointments.

The dentist was nice but lacked the strength to pull my tooth. When I told her I was in pain, I was told it was just pressure. Im sorry, I am not an idiot, I know the difference. Not only was the experience painful, but in the process of pulling one tooth, she managed to damage another tooth. Im very displeased with the experience.

I had a sudden problem that needed attention. BJ at the desk got me in right away and seemed to understand my anxiety. Everyone was super nice, gentle,and very understanding of my issues both dental and financial. The office manager rocked ! She was super patient and went above and beyond to make my future visits possible !

My Dad is a Paraplegic and Aspen Dental got him straight into the office and fixed his tooth and got him right out! They didnt make his had a ton of visits before doing the work, with Dad bring in a wheelchair it was necessary to have things done on the first trip!!! The Staff and the Dentist were all amazing!!!

No wait. Friendly staff. Nice clean facility. Bryan was my hygienist. He has excellent bedside manner and customer service skills. Although weve only seen each other a few times when hes cleaned my teeth, he was able to provide a feeling of continuity which is very important to me.

Was there today and without insurance I needed a filling. And after I got home and the numbing went away. I could fell rough and low spots in the back of my tooth what a waste of 257 bucks I would never go back. And I would tell others not to waste there money.

I was very pleased with the treatment I received I am planning on going back another dentist told me I needed a root canal because I have a cavity I seen Dr. Kunduru he told me I just just need a crown. ..I love the office staff they made me feel very welcome

Took me in as a new patient and was able to pull a tooth that had been hurting me for the past month that same visit. Great staff also didnt charge me for X-rays that other dentists had taken and not pulled tooth. Great service would definitely recommend!!!!

Ive never felt comfortable at the dentist, in fact I absolutely would hate going and sometimes come up with excuses to not go. Aspen dental was a totally different experience, I felt welcomed there and my health was in their best interest!!
